Honestly, I’m surprised Wyndham has an 8.4 rating. I have never stayed at an all-inclusive resort before, but if they’re all like this one, I won’t be staying at one again.
The food is not good, and you have to fight your way through the buffet if that’s where you choose to eat. People will blatantly cut in line, it’s crowded, and the food is amazingly bland. The room service and restaurant food is just as bad.
The beds are very uncomfortable unless you enjoy sleeping on a brick.
There was one day where we kept losing power in our room. The lights, AC, TV, everything—off and on.
I tried to speak to someone about the shuttle service and kept being told to go to different places. I ended up in front of the guest service desk listening to an employee have a personal phone call and crying while we were standing there. It felt very awkward as a patron.
