We handle Self-Check-In. This means that we give you an access code so that you can enter the accommodation at the time you want (within the established schedules), in order to facilitate your check-in and to avoid waiting, since we do not have permanent staff working in the accommodation. Getting Around:
If you’re planning to explore the Riviera Maya, we recommend renting a car, as we have secure parking available in the condominium. However, if you plan to spend most of your time at the beach and only go out to restaurants, a car is not necessary. Most places are within walking distance, and there is also a bus that runs along the main avenue, taking you through the entire Hotel Zone.

The condo and beach photos are not edited. They are recently taken. However, due to natural phenomena, in your reserve you can find sargassum (algae) on the beach and it may not look like the photos. In any case, when this happens there are people cleaning the beaches, but keep in mind that it is a phenomenon that happens throughout the city, it is not exclusive to this condominium and it is out of our hands.
The published prices already take this into account.
It is necessary to take into account caution with the railings on the property due to their height and the structure of the place; It is recommended to be very careful, especially with children.
There is construction or maintenance work in the area, there may be construction noise during the week from 9am to 2pm and on Saturday from 9am to 2pm.
Before your arrival, we will request a photo of the identification of each of the guests who will be staying, as well as the signature of the condominium regulations. This helps us maintain a harmonious coexistence with the neighbors and comply with the building's rules.
It is likely that you will encounter birds, raccoons, local dogs, and other small animals during your stay (geckos, spiders, scorpions). We ask you to respect them; we take great care of the environment and we are the ones who are invading their habitat. To help avoid this, we recommend not leaving open food outside.
Your reservation includes a cleaning before your arrival and another after your departure. Additionally, we provide basic welcome amenities, such as toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and other essentials. If you desire additional cleaning or replenishment of amenities during your stay, we can gladly assist you for an extra cost.
For the proper functioning of the air conditioning, we ask you to keep doors and windows closed while it is on and not to adjust the temperature below 21°C, as this could affect its operation during your stay.
