 Casa Kim is a premier home with beautiful ocean view and New custom rooftop pool, 2-bedroom 3-bathroom 2nd floor duplex in a authentic neighborhood. Centrally located Mid Island and 1 block from the Caribbean Ocean. Steps away from the coastal nature walk leading back to Playa Norte, voted top 7 beach in the world. The Island of Isla Mujeres is just a 15-minute ferry ride from Cancun. The Island is ranked the safest Island in the Caribbean with the Mexican Navy stationed on the island. Golf carts are an awesome means of transportation ask about our recommendations and best pricing. Our mid island location makes for a perfect spot for your vacation needs. Many restaurants all within 3 blocks as well as several convenience stores. 1 Block from a public park and 1 block from scenic coastal exercise and trail walk. We are located just 10 minutes from the famous Playa Northe, or find your own spot from the 100's of beaches on the island.

The house was built on one on the highest spots on the island, which always provides constant, awesome, ocean tropical breeze. The view from the roof are spectacular. don't miss the sunrise or sunsets.

 • For people that enjoy walks, we have the very popular Limón Restaurant just 5 blocks south. A 20 minute (or less walk to the south you have Rincon Cubano (Very popular) Ruben’s, Beachin Burrito and SIX, a convenience store and several small beaches , down a little farther (still walkable from the house) the newly opened DeNuccios a New York Italian restaurant that is amazing . A 10-minute walk to the north towards the village of Meteorologico you will pass Medra food and art voted best burger on the Island, Villa La Bella (very nice beach bar voted best Margaretta on the island ) Caribbean Brisas (One of my favorite for eats and drinks) The famous Mango Café across the RC Chapel of Guadalupe (on the Sea) and down just a little farther is Mike’s Pizza (really good)

 • We are very involved with the Only Animal Rescue on Isla main land location. By providing housing during the annual Spay/Neuter vaccinate Campaign. A 6-day event where 60 Veterinarians from countries all over the world come and will treat over 1300 animals. Free of cost. The clinic is 100% Donor based.

 • We do have some local pets that come and visit the home. Dogs and cats. Just a reminder, we welcome them so if you are staying at the Casa please be friendly towards them. Remember this is how they live and we are guest in their neighborhood.

 • We have made every attempt for you to have a vacation of your dreams. Our main focus of this concept is privacy, security, safety, authenticity and beauty.

We absolutely loved our stay! Beds were great, nice kitchen, back porch was so handy and the rooftop is great! Best of all was that they had fans! If you are a person that sleeps with a fan you will understand. Loved the neighborhood and being close to everything and walking distance to Isla 33 for their bar. Very clean and comfortable. We will be back!

We see why this house has a perfect score.The location is perfect away from all the touristic crowds but also less than a 10 minute golf ride along the coast to Playa Norte or Centro or 5 minutes from Punta Sur. The view of the Gulf of Mexico is amazing 24 hours from the roof. It’s amongst the locals homes and small businesses but as us Mexicans are, the locals were friendly, humble and welcoming people. As for The house itself, it was perfect for our family with 3 full restroom (one being on the roof!) There’s Relaxing in your own private rooftop pool after a long day in the beach or exploring. Our host was quick to respond to questions or requests. Laundry is offsite but it’s literally around the corner and maybe less than 5 minute walk or 1 minute golf cart drive. It’s full service so just drop off and pick up. We even slept on the roof. Highly recommended from our family to yours.

Fabulous Place

This place is amazing! There is a beautiful roof top pool, the place is very stocked with everything you could need. Beds are super comfortable and place has a homey feel. The communication is great with this host. Plan on always staying here when I visit the island.

Wonderful property and vacation destination!

Casa Kim is just as pictured, we had everything we needed and when we had a slight bump the propertt manager helped fix within an hour!There are a lot of great restauarants within easy walking distance, the west side cliffs are within easy 2 minute ealk. Takes about 10 minutes to get to a small beach on that side. The rooftop pool and patio area was beautiful and unique. We found ourselves starting and ending our days up there, taking in the scenery and island life.

Hidden Paradise

Casa Kim was truly an unforgettable experience! From the moment we booked, the team went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Before we even arrived, they helped us organize a grocery order, saving us so much time and allowing us to dive straight into relaxation and family fun on day one, instead of spending the first day at the store. The owner was so responsive, incredibly friendly, and always available to help—it really set the tone for our stay!We visited during the second week of March, and the weather couldn’t have been better. With daily highs around 83F, the warmth of the air perfectly complemented the pool temperature, which was a refreshing 81F, matching the ocean perfectly for a seamless outdoor experience. One of my absolute favorite features of Casa Kim was the stunning rooftop, private pool with loungers and an outdoor shower. It was the perfect way to rinse off after a swim and feel connected to the beautiful surroundings. On the second level, there’s a door off the kitchen leading to a covered area that was perfect for hanging our wet swimsuits and towels to dry. It was so convenient, and there’s also an additional clothesline near the outdoor shower, which made it even easier to keep things organized.The house itself was impeccably clean, spacious, and comfortable.

Great Location

Casa Kim was in a great location; the view of the ocean was better than I expected and the rooftop pool was so fun to watch the sunrise from!! The house is located a little way from the north end of the island, which I liked because it was peaceful in the evenings. It is also located close to a walking path that is close to the ocean which I enjoyed walking on early in the morning before my family was awake. I felt safe in the neighborhood; my 10 year old son played soccer in the street with some of the local kids in the evening. The house was clean and relaxing music was playing when we arrived, which I thought was a nice touch after traveling. I will definitely stay here again.

Stayed a Month - Loved Every Minute of It!

This is our second stay at Casa Kim. We have found our home away from home in Isla. Casa Kim is mid-island, far away from the tourist crazy that is Playa Norte. It is located on the Caribbean side of the island with all the awesome breezes that come with it. The actual second-floor apartment is basic and clean. The stars of the show are the second-floor porch sitting area and the third-floor, rooftop pool and sun area. There is an outdoor kitchen and a third bathroom. Great 360 views. Neighborhood is mainly Mexican families. Lots of sweet kids playing in the street. There are good areas for exercise with the lagoon park and walking areas near the ocean nearby. Property owner, Robb is very responsive. We will stay here again!

Host from Heaven

We just had the pleasure of staying at Casa Kim 2nd Floor and had a fantastic stay. Comfy beds, and super comfortable couches in the living area, great views of the ocean and the roof top pool and deck space were incredible. What made the stay though was Robb the property owner and Alphonso the property manager. The Property manager was quick to answer our calls when we had questions regarding the island and the interaction with Robb was TOP NOTCH. No matter small of a question i had in advance of travelling Robb had an answer and his help with directing us in regards to who to use for the airport shuttle, ferry transfers, car rentals were all recommendations that i would use again. Best 360 Deck and Pool Area for the Price Mid-Island on Isla

We come to Isla 3-4 times a year. Plus stay a month each winter. We are always in search of a great property. This is one! It's mid-island, Caribbean side in a quiet neighborhood. We love that it is away from the crazy of Playa Norte. It's a perfect place for you if you like the neighborhood experience over touristy-type places. If you stay - the second floor is the way to go. The stars of this property are the decks. The second-floor porch has a great sitting area that catches the breezes and has a fantastic view of the ocean. The supernova is the third-floor pool area. There is a 360 view, full bath, outdoor kitchen, lots of seating, pergola, and a decent-sized pool, The actual unit has an older feel. The views are not sweeping but with the two decks, it completely works. The space is very clean and adequately equipped. WiFi worked well on all levels. There are three, massive TV's but you won't need them with the amazing views!!! The owner is outstanding with communication. Very responsive, fun, and friendly! This is a great little find on our beloved Isla!!

Great casa mid island.

This is a very comfortable house mid island. The beds were very comfortable, as well as couch in living room and the rest of the furniture. Great televisions with Netflix included. The roof pool was nice to swim day or night. Steady breeze from the ocean. All n all a fantastic property. Clean and new! I would recommend a golf cart to get around easier.

We stayed 5 nights and had a wonderful time! Casa Kim is centrally located in the middle of the island in a quiet residential neighborhood, making it easy to get anywhere by taxi. You can walk just 2 blocks to a great restaurant called Fuego del Mar and the Irish pub is just a block away. The roof deck at Casa Kim is fabulous! Great sunset viewing! The beds and bedding were very comfortable. The full kitchen made breakfast and snacks easy "at home." Casa Kim is comfortable and welcoming. Highly recommend. PS - do the Clear Boat ride - it's amazing and great fun for kids and adults.

This place was amazing. We absolutely loved everything about it. Every morning we sat out on the porch and had coffee. Evenings in the pool. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Everything was easy from booking to checkout and the hosts were extremely prompt with any questions we had, they even let us check in a couple of hours early! We will definitely be back!!

The owner was amazing, great at communicating. The property had real charm and great amenities. Loved it was close to the beach and a few minutes from stores and restaurants. Will stay there again

Casa Kim is Fantastic!

Casa Kim was very comfortable & has a Fantastic view from the roof top pool. Robb the cowner is ws great with Communication from the beginning prior too booking and all the way to the end. The propery manger Alfonso and crew were also fantastic. We had friends stay in the condo below & my husband and i syayed in the 2nd floor. We had friends staying on the islamd and they also loved the place. We all agreed we would stay again. This was our first stay mid island and we really enjoyed it. The nieghbors and locals are lovely and i enjoyed early evening and morning walks in the colonias. Also go see Esther nextdoor at Neils Irish pub! Such a lovely person and happy hour is well priced! Alot of work is being done to Casa Kim. And pictures so not do it justice. In no way dood ot impact our trip. I almost dont want to write the review because i want to keep it a secret 😀

Wonderful!

My husband and I, daughter and boyfriend spent 4 nights at Casa Kim on Isla Mujeres. The vrbo is charming and the rooftop pool was amazing! The beaches and coastline of the island are spectacular!

Beaches, Booze & Besties

This was our first stay in Isla mujeres and this was the perfect place! Two bedroom each with its own bathroom and large tv’s in each room with Netflix and Other streaming included. Full kitchen, dining area, and comfy living room space! This property is on the 2nd floor so there is a nice balcony with seating in the front and the entire third floor has a swimming pool and longing area with amazing view of the Caribbean. We were so impressed with this place and the value was amazing as well! Perfect location in the middle of the island so we could easily enjoy both North and South. And I cannot leave out the BEST tacos were just right on the corner at La Trocka!!! We almost ate there every night!
