My place is directly on the beach and recently remodeled as new. The views are spectacular and the beach is beautiful. Facilities like pools, jacuzzi, lounge chairs, shades, gym, tennis court, parking are available for you (for free).
Wifi, smart tv, AC.
We have an all inclusive feature that is optional daily for food and drinks as we share facilities with Oleo Cancun resort wich has been also recently remodeled (today $90 usd 9am-6pm)
There are 3 restaurants across the street and a convenience store.

Beautiful 5th floor remodeled apartment with comfortable bed and gorgeous views in a quiet and safe aerea of the hotel zone.
3 Restaurants across the street and a minimarket, public bus stop right off the condo for a quick drive to the hotel zone downtown, supermarkets or malls.
Spa (extra fee), and all inclusive optional as your vacation unfolds.

Studio daily cleaning: extra housekeeping available if you ask us (for an extra rate).
The fee paid when booking is for check out cleaning.

Towels: we provide bath and beach towels.
As we are not a hotel we don´t replace them everyday, but we will be happy to give you fresh if you need.

Excellent service for transportation to and from airport. Excellent service for explaining the info for the place and surroundings location. First time in Cancun, had a wonderful time, nice to hear the waves when going to bed. Place was clean and located with an oceanfront view

Very attentive and accommodating host, but the appointment requires maintenance. The sofa bed is uncomfortable and we had to request an extra mattress to be able to sleep. The freezer was not defrosted for a long time - we had to scrape the ice in order to fit our bag of ice. Nowhere to dry our wet clothes or do a laundry.

This fabulous unit really lives up to the great description and the other wonderful reviews, and the host is A.Unit is just as described, the views from the 5th floor were gorgeous. The unit was spotlessly clean. Pool and beautiful swimming beach are directly below, just a few steps from the elevator door!Our hosts were so easy to work with and very quick to respond to any questions we had.I would make one suggestion, and that would be more hooks & shelving near the entry to allow for hanging and storing swimming suites, towels, beach bags etc. We would definitely stay again!

to loud and could not even buy food or drink on the property

we were there an hour to find that we could not buy food or drink on the property because it was a sublet that was separate from the main property . we moved to a 5 star down the beach that actually was a 5star with service ,,,,\\ the room is also up above the bar pool area and is quite noisy,,,,,which is great i quess if you are there to party and holler

Amazing

For our second year in a row our stay here was perfection. We loved every inch of this property. The view, the turquoise ocean, the soft white sand, the kitchenette, the bedroom, mattress is perfect, the rain shower, the location, etc. etc. We’re definitely coming back every February from now on.

Pretty good place

Older building, well maintained. Food options pretty limited unless you purchase all inclusive wristbands from resort that this unit is a part of ($90USD+ per day per person) or head for groceries in Cancun. Nice well equipped kitchenette to prepare food. The windows in the corner don't seal very well so there is always humid sea air blowing in, but air-conditioning was able to keep up. Beach is really nice and Augustin was very polite and accommodating.

Great Place

The condo was amazing and very clean when we arrived. The windows even open and you can feel the ocean breeze which was super cool. Additionally, it was nice to meet one of the co-hosts when we arrived at Oleo, as he showed us around and helped us get into the condo. We did buy the all inclusive wristbands for a couple days, but the food gave me and my boyfriend some stomach issues so maybe avoid the resort’s food if possible. The drinks, however, were good and the service of the staff was amazing (if you bought the pass). We felt safe at this location and I would recommend booking if you are thinking about it! Agustin was great with responding to any of our questions and needs during our stay as well.

Lovely views!

We had a great time! The bed was comfortable and the resort was beautiful. We played tennis, payed on the beach and swam in the pool. The only thing that might be improved is the response from the owners on weekends.

Clean room with Amazing View

This property is perfect if you’re looking to have a gorgeous view of the beach/ocean. Just be aware that you CANNOT use/ purchase anything from the bars or restaurants unless you purchase the all-inclusive passes which are daily use only. So be prepared with dining plans or groceries if planning on not doing all-inclusive.

Absolutely wonderful

Our stay and the apartment itself were all really perfect. The location is unbeatable, the place is EXACTLY like in the pictures, clean, well equipped, functional, everything works (including wifi), we really did not want for anything! And Agustin, the host… he is just amazing. He organised all the transfers for us, even extra ones for a show out of town, he is responsive, efficient, kind, professional… I can’t thank him enough. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful experience

My husband and I had a wonderful time. The host was easy to communicate with and very helpful. The resort was clean, had a nice spa and the staff was friendly. It was nice to be beachfront and have the use of the pool. Downtown Cancun is a short bus ride away. There are many restaurants nearby. We will definitely come back!

We really enjoyed staying here! It was nice to be bit more secluded than closer in on the hotel zone. We also loved that we had the option to pay for the resort, which was totally worth it! Our trip ended in our engagement, so we appreciate our hosts in being a part of it :)
