With 5 spacious bedrooms (sleeps 14 - maximum 10 adults), a swimming pool and a large garden, Villa Les Daules is ideal for a stay with family or friends. 300 metres from the beautiful sandy beach of Le Verger, this 210 m² villa is an ideal base for visiting Cancale and the surrounding area..My holiday villa in CancaleBathed in light, the living-dining room, about 40 m² in size, invites you to share convivial moments. The dining area features a large table with an additional extension to seat fourteen guests. In the living area, the royal blue sofa adds an elegant and cozy touch. The kitchen, charmingly revamped, is independent and fully equipped to allow you to prepare delicious meals for your group. One of the villa's highlights is its independent "Family room" with a fireplace. This convivial leisure room with a TV provides a space to read, play, or watch a movie without disturbing others. This room has a convertible sofa offering a comfortable bed for two people. Adjacent to this recreational room is a small bathroom with a shower and toilet. Besides the convertible sofa in the "family room," Villa Les Daules houses three double bedrooms with minimalist decor, all equipped with storage. The first bedroom is on the ground floor with a 140x200 bed. The two other double bedrooms are upstairs. One has a 160x200 bed and a crib, while the other, with its 140x200 bed and crib, also has a desk area. Upstairs, there is also a 45 m² dormitory comfortably accommodating up to eight children with its two 90x190 beds, a trundle bed, and a bunk bed. A 140x190 double bed completes this dormitory.
