Cocoonr agency offers this beautiful apartment with sea view for rent in Cancale. Located on the second floor, the apartment has a surface area of 65 m² and can accommodate up to 4 travelers. La bisquine features a large living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom and large balcony terrace. Wi-Fi (fiber optics), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!

It is composed as follows:
- A large living room with sofa, TV and dining area.
- A fully-equipped open-plan kitchen. This room is bathed in light thanks to its large bay windows opening onto a large balcony.
- Bedroom 1 with double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 2 with 1 double bed (160x200)
- Bathroom with heated towel rail.
- Separate WC.

For even greater comfort, you'll have access to the following additional equipment: tumble dryer, iron, ironing board, microwave oven and a cot (we can install a cot for babies on request when you book). For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not provide mattresses, apart from the one already included with the cot. Feel free to bring your own if you'd like one).

- Large balcony terrace with sea view

The house is ideally located in Cancale, in a very pleasant environment. All essential stores, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets... are nearby.

Activities :
- Enjoy oysters and other seafood at the Port de la Houle.
- The apartment is an ideal starting point to St Malo, Mont-Saint-Michel, the Côte Sauvage with its most beautiful sandy beaches.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the paid parking lots around the apartment or in a free parking lot (60 spaces) on Bd Thiers, a 2-minute walk away.

As for other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station La Gare de la Gouesnière (11 min by car)
- Nearest bus stop: Saint-Joseph (10 min walk)

Other remarks:
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Linen and towels included.

On site, you'll be welcomed by the Cocoonr team, the agency specializing in “ready-to-live-in” rentals, who will be on hand to help you make the most of your stay.

Appartement au top

Pour la deuxième fois nous avons choisi cet appartement très bien agencé, bien isolé et une vue magnifique sur la baie de cancale.On se sent si bien dans cet appartement ce qui fait qu'on le quitte avec bcp de regret.

Perfekte Ferienwohnung

Hochwertig eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in außergewöhnlicher Lage. Wir haben jeden Tag genossen und stundenlang auf dem Balkon gesessen und einfach nur aufs Meer geschaut oder die vorbeiflanierenden Leute beobachtet. Schöne naturbelassene Strände in der Nähe. Unter der Woche leer, am Wochenende sehr voll, aber trotzdem genug Platz und sehr entspannt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.!

Sehr schönes Apartment in außergewöhnlicher Lage, wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Ein zweiter Stuhl auf dem Balkon wäre schön gewesen, einige Küchenstühle waren recht wackelig.

Appartement idéal à Cancale!

De retour d’un séjour avec nos 2 enfants, tout le monde est ravi! . L’accueil pour la remise des clefs très agréable malgré le fait que nous soyons un peu en retard sur l’horaire prévue. Le logement est propre, bien équipé, on se sent vite comme à la maison avec en plus une situation idéale sur le port avec une vue dégagée sur la baie… Que demander de plus? A recommander sans hésiter!

idealement placé; dans le quartier anime du marché aux huitres avec une vue sur mer magnifique et une terrasse un seul petit bemol , l appartement est prevu pour 4 et il n y a qu une toute petite table sur la dite terrasse , et pas de chaises

Wonderful, wonderful!

An absolutely wonderful vacation spot, and an amazing rental. The apartment was extremely well located, walking distance from everything, equipped with everything one could need, and a view you will never get tired of! A couple of issues during our stay to deal with cleanliness (did not hear back from Cocoonr until after stay, it would have been easier to hear back from them sooner.) They refunded our cleaning fee though. Parking is an issue particularly if you are staying during the summer months. Go to the "bureau des parkings" and inquire for a pass for your stay. Will come back and stay there again!

Accueil efficace, et l'agence est très réactive en cas de besoin. Appartement fonctionnel, lumineux, bien agencé et décoré, et surtout doté d'un balcon avec une vue sur la mer incroyable Tout confort, bonne literie, nombreux rangements Une seule remarque : lave vaisselle mal encastré, donc difficile à fermer

Agréable appartement

Appartement très agréable avec son grand séjour et son balcon ouvert sur la mer. Propreté, literie, équipement, tout est OK. Pas de parking gratuit à proximité. Réserve sur la communication avec l'agence qui gère la location de l'appartement : Nous avons reçu 7 courriels en direct de sa part plus 4 par Abritel alors qu'il n'y avait aucun problème !

Bienvenue à bord

Appartement avec une vue impressionnante qui change en fonction de la marée. On a l'impression d'être à bord d'un bateau. Malgré une mauvaise météo, on a passé un super séjour. Cet appartement est très bien équipé et juste à côté de tous les restaurants.

almost perfect

The apartment was perfect, except the fridge's door, the small pan which doesn't want to boil water and the vacuum cleaner which is poorest copy of a Dyson one except for the noise -please never buy a Dyson, it is a nonsense except if you want noise. By the way, we are planning to come back next year.
