BEDROOM: The bedroom has a queen-sized bed topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. It also has plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage.
BATHROOM: The bathroom has a shower and toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay.
KITCHEN: You can use the kitchen if you`re craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to the following: - fridge/freezer - stovetop - microwave - oven - crockery and cutlery
We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.
LIVING ROOM: The living room has a Smart TV, which you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. Note that we don`t provide Netflix, YouTube, and other online streaming platforms subscriptions, so you will have to use your own account.
LAUNDRY AREA: A washer–dryer combo is available for your use. An iron and ironing board are also provided for your convenience.
PARKING: The carport includes one designated parking space. Additionally, there are convenient 1-hour and 2-hour street parking options available near the shops, just about 100 meters from the apartment.
Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival. Access codes will be provided 4 hours before check-in to keep your booking secure.
Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the key set or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge.

Getting around from Downer is easy and convenient. Buses run frequently along Northbourne Avenue and Antill Street, just a short walk from the property, connecting you directly to the Canberra CBD, Braddon, ANU, and other key areas. The Dickson Interchange and light rail stop are also nearby, offering quick access to the city centre in around 10 minutes.
If you’re driving, major roads like Northbourne Avenue and Philip Avenue make it simple to reach Civic, Belconnen, or the airport within 15–20 minutes. Parking is generally easy around the suburb, and rideshare services like Uber and DiDi are readily available.

**No Smoking | No Pets** This is a smoke-free and pet-free home throughout. Violations attract a minimum $400 fee plus any additional cleaning costs. Registered service animals are welcome where required by law.
**Leave It as You Found It** Your cleaning fee covers standard turnover and fresh linen. We simply ask that you leave the space tidy — excessive mess may attract an additional cleaning charge (from $50).
**Registered Guests Only** Only guests named on the booking may stay. Booking for a team or corporate trip? Just let us know in advance — we`re happy to help.
**No Parties or Events** This is a quiet residential neighbourhood — please help us respect it. Guest numbers must not exceed those booked, visitors should depart by 10:00 PM, and quiet hours apply after that time. To maintain the serene ambiance of our accommodation, we enforce a strict no-party rule. A non-negotiable penalty of $2000 will be imposed for any violation, in addition to costs for any damages.
**Families Welcome** Children are warmly welcome! Please note the property is not child-proofed, so supervision is required at all times.
**Bathroom Matters** We kindly request our guests to refrain from flushing wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary items. Discarding them in the provided bin would help to prevent blockages in the sewer system, maintaining the pristine condition of the property.
