Spacious and open living space opens to the balcony and fresh lake breezes. Enjoy your breakfast at the island or coffee on the balcony while enjoying the Serenity of the glorious Canandaigua Lake sunrises. After breakfast, explore all that Bristol Harbour has to offer - take a walk on one of the nature trails, then take the elevator down to the sandy beach and marina for an afternoon of fun. Swim or sunbathe, take the kids to the playground and have a picnic at the park. Or grill from the comfort of the condo overlooking the Lake. Cozy up to the fireplace to get warm after skiing or winter hikes or skiing.

The kitchen has all of the amenities that you could hope for to make your home cooked meals. Sit around the island or out on the balcony overlooking the lake. If you prefer to taste the local fare, there are many restaurants in the area. Beverage Bar in the living room offers a place to prepare your coffee, chill your wine, mix up some drinks for your entertainment or whip up some home made desserts.
There is space for 4 guests. We have games, books, smart TVs & High Speed internet on site. If you need a quiet spot for a meeting or to get some work done, there is a desk in the primary bedroom. This bedroom also has a large comfortable bed with plenty of room to unpack your clothes and stay awhile. The en-suite bathroom has separate vanity area.

2nd bedroom across the hall and 2nd full bathroom off the living area. Plenty of beach towels are available for your use. Laundry room available for use during your stay.

**Please note that any reservations booked on/after 4/1/2025 will only have access to the Beach Monday thru Thursday, and the Pickle Ball courts after 3 pm every day, unless there is an event scheduled (in which case you would not have access to the courts). A $50 HOA fee also applies to all reservations.**

Our stay was amazing as it was our 1st trip to this area. The condo was very clean and laid out nicely on the inside as well as the balcony. We had everything one would need to be comfortable and feel at home. We ate breakfast in the condo daily and found the kitchen to be well equipped. Plus as an added bonus you get a beautiful mountain and lake view! Our host Amy was quick to respond to any questions we had so that was nice to know she had our backs during our stay. My husband and I was impressed with the grand king size bed that also was a bit higher to climb into than most. We adjusted thanks to a step stool available for me to use on my side of the bed. The mattress and pillows were also very comfortable. The condo is a scenic 20 min drive into town for most local dining and attractions. One excursion we took was the sky ride at Bristol Mountain which was spectacular with the gorgeous fall foliage. A couple of casual places we would recommend for dining is Eddie Obriens Pub in Canandaigua and In Naples, the Historic Naples Hotel. Overall we Rate our trip experience 5 stars especially if you are one that enjoys and appreciate lake life, beautiful scenery and nature, wineries and a variety of dining options.

The accommodations were awesome. Just as we had expected. A really nice surprise to find a sink and makeup area in the 2nd bedroom. Each of us had our own little spot. The view from the balcony was just amazing. Spent a few hours just reading and enjoying the view

Incredibly Relaxing

My husband and I stayed as our baby moon and it was wonderful. It was quiet and relaxing and just what we needed to unwind. It was wonderful to be there during the off season - there was so much to do. The home was beautiful and so comfortable. Yes the bed was tall but it wasn’t too hard to get into (even at 7 months pregnant) as there were step stools provided. Thank you so much for such a wonderful getaway- we can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful lake view

We loved our stay at the condo. We spent mornings watching the sun come up and evenings watch the sunset. Management team was great. The Keurig had a piece break and it was replaced right away. Tip: there is a great breakfast place in Naples, Old School Café. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Unfortunately, we had to cut our stay short d/t an small emergency at home. However, a beautiful condo in an even more beautiful location. Only wished that we had gone during a more active season with more activities.

"What a View"

The interior of the condo is charming. Undated and very clean. The kitchen had all the necessities needed for cooking. The master bed was very comfortable. The view from the balcony is spectacular. The condominium complex is well maintained,clean, and very quiet. Overall it is one of the nicest vacation rentals we have ever stayed in.

The View

We had a wonderful vacation and enjoyed our stay at the Condo. Good location, 20 minutes from Canandaigua downtown and 20 minutes from Naples and 35 minutes or so from Geneva. We spent a lot of time on the balcony, the view was awesome and was very peaceful hearing the water and watching the boaters. My only suggestion would be to mention the 4 foot high bed somewhere in description as I had a heck of a time getting in and out of bed even with step stool as I have a bad knee.
