This is a perfect B&B. Beautiful rooms, great four course breakfast, very nice setting and Kathy is a wonderful hostess.

Fabulous B & B!

From the moment we arrived to the time we left (4 days later), we felt welcomed and pampered. Each morning we were greeted with a 4-course breakfast that was presented beautifully and tasted delicious. The bacon was my favorite! Kathy and Joe were very helpful with information about the area and places to have dinner, etc. Our room was cozy and well appointed. I really appreciated that Kathy had not over decorated the room leaving little space for us to put our travel items. This happens in many B & B's. The location is a nice central location to view the Finger Lakes Area. We used it as home base for about 4 days. We would love to return again, but unfortunately we live in California and have other places to visit. Thanks Joe and Kathy!

Fantastic stay

We were so impressed with this B & B. The décor, the fantastic breakfasts, the hosts and all the little amenities made this a thoroughly enjoyable place to stay. Would definitely stay here again when back in the area, and would highly recommend it.

B&B perfection!

Spent a long weekend and cannot say enough about the owners and the home they opened to us! The room was quite large, spotless and had every amenity to insure our pleasure and comfort. From a gorgeous bath, grand bed, and fireplace,to private areas to relax, we were very at ease the moment we arrived! The breakfast was nothing short of incredible and home cooked! All 4 courses! The owners were warm, easy to chat with and made us feel like we had been friends for years. Would highly recommend visiting there, to anyone and will surely be going there again!

Gorgeous, Well Located B&B on best Finger Lake

Our room (the "attic" room) was spacious and well appointed. The main areas are super comfy and inviting with porches and living room spaces to relax in. The breakfast was outstanding (although a bit too caloric and sweet for our tastes on a more than one night visit). The owners were super nice and helpful.

Sweetest B&B Ever!

This B&B was a fantastic experience! We had made this one of our stops between Boston & Niagra Falls. Kathy & Joe were perfect hosts & Kathy makes a breakfast that makes you not want to leave! The house itself was beautifully decorated and kept warm homey feeling. Our room was darling and very comfortable. And you gotta love the old Ford truck that welcomes you at the end of the driveway!

Beautiful home not far from downtown.

It was a beautiful, comfortable, ,lovely restored home. Breakfasts were delicious and kept you full most of rhe day. Homemade ccokies were yummy and available thru out the day. Owners were very friendly. A must stay if you are in the area.
