"Ripped wallpaper, broken toilet seat, room darkening curtains not fastened to the rod, no Doghouse Hotel Wi-Fi, no functioning TV reception during day one of stay. Check-in staff poorly trained. Had to check with management regarding issues."

"2 of the 3 elevators were out of order, restaurant was closed. Only 2 towels in room 1 wash cloth. Blood stains on comforter! Water from pool all over hallways and the one working elevator."
