Majorcan Holiday Home with Pool, Wi-Fi, Garden and Patio

In the south of the Balearic island Majorca, just a few kilometres south of Campos, lies the holiday home Can Xuri in El Palmar. The 2-storey holiday home, which convinces with its typical Majorcan, old stone walls, offers 300 m² of living space and features a comfortable living/dining room, a very well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms as well as 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, fans, satellite TV, toys, a baby cot, a children's bed and a highchair. Outside you will find a beautiful patio with a large dining area and a beautifully decorated lounge area. Prepare fresh meals on the covered grill or read a good book in the hammock. The highlight of the accommodation is the 50 m² pool, whose area is equipped with comfortable sun recliners. Enjoy the view of the mountains and let yourself be enchanted by the Mediterranean holiday flair. In addition, you and the small guests of the house have a ping-pong table under a sun shade and a little playground under a shady pergola. You reach a restaurant after 2.7 km or a 4-minute drive and a supermarket after 4.5 km or a 6-minute drive. The beautiful sandy beach, Platja d'es Trenc, is 7 km or an 11-minute drive away. It is one of the most popular beaches of the island and awaits you with turquoise blue water and fine sand.





Parking is available on the property. Bed linens and towels are included in the price and are changed once a week. The garden tools are located in a locked room to avoid incidents and to ensure your safety. The gardener will take care of the garden twice a week. The timetable for these tasks will be arranged when you arrive.
