Located in a gated condominium with 24-hour security, it is just 10 minutes from Capivari and close to the Baden Baden Factory, offering the best combination of sophistication and nature.

The property accommodates up to 13 guests with complete comfort. There are 4 well-equipped suites, each with central heating, duvet/blanket and private bathroom with shower. The distribution is perfect: 4 queen-size beds and 5 single beds spread throughout the suites, guaranteeing space and privacy for everyone. In addition, we have 5 complete bathrooms with shower for your convenience.

The main room is spacious and cosy, equipped with Smart TV, indoor fireplace, comfortable armchairs and heating. It is the ideal space to gather the group and enjoy special moments. Several suites have a balcony, perfect for waking up to the stunning view of the forest.

The highlight is undoubtedly the incredible outdoor spaces! Enjoy the outdoor Jacuzzi with wooden deck and views of the forest, perfect for relaxation. The external fireplace (wood-burning torch) creates a cosy atmosphere for nights under the stars. The gourmet terrace features a barbecue, table for 8 people and counter with 8 stools, ideal for gatherings and celebrations. There is also a fire pit for memorable moments and a spacious garden with enchanting landscaping.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, freezer and all necessary utensils (except oil and salt). There is also a washing machine in the laundry room, making your extended stay easier.

Check-in from 2pm until 6pm and check-out at 11am. The stay is reserved for the number of guests stated in the booking. Any change in the number of visitors must be communicated to the manager before check-in to avoid additional charges. Smokers are welcome! Young groups are also accepted at this property.
