"I am a manager at the Walmart next to your hotel, and we had a bad winter storm that night. I had to close, which meant by the time I got out, it was late, and roads were treacherous. So, I booked a room, and it was very convenient to stay right next to where I work. Room was very nice, although I couldn't figure out the thermostat, could've been not working, but I stayed warm. Didn't sound like the heat kicked on. I was on the 4th floor, heat rises, so that could've been one reason for...

"I was pleasantly surprised how nice this hotel was. I live in town and passed by it numerous times. We decided to stay here because it was walking distance to all of the restaurants we wanted to go to on NYE and didn't want to have to worry about parking. This hotel had a large parking lot. Super convenient if you are in the area and don't want to deal with driving around and finding parking space. And it's located walking distance to so many restaurants! "

"While we LOVED the staff and the ACH Lansing property was nice, we HATED having to book it through Expedia. We were there for a funeral and things were not settled when we booked. We needed to delete a night and the non empathy crooks at Excheatya would not let us change the booking. Thankfully, Paige at the property came through. SHE is wonderful."

"Rooms are spacious and great for families with bigger kids. One can use the sofa if they refuse to share a queen! Lots of plugs which is also a must-have with a family of many devices. Breakfast was good - although not as replenished 30 minutes to close. Love to see all the MSU fans!"

We even got to meet the resident pooch Yogi. ❤️❤️ We stayed in the Arbor room and it was very nice and cozy. We were able to walk to restaurants and bars and never felt like we needed to drive anywhere. Would definitely stay again. "
