"One of the cleanest Hyatt properties that we have stayed in. The check in and checkout process was smooth, the front desk staff is very helpful. The location is good with easy access to restaraunts and stores if you plan to use the kitchenette. Highly recommended for families travelling to glacier park and other destinations nearby."

"The hotel was pretty nice, but the pool heater was broken and the hot tub jets were broken. The rooms on the frontside wer noisy with street noise, the back rooms were quiet. They had our 2 rooms split up and could not fix it as it was busy."

"Was so impressed by this hotel. Staff was friendly and provided a plate of cookies even though we arrived late. Rooms were incredible and the kids all remarked we should have skipped the other stays and come to this hotel earlier. Great breakfast and other amenities. Views of the sunset and the Montana Big Sky were impressive. Would come to Glacier again just to stay here."
