Typically, I see budget hotels fall far short of their Expedia pictures. The pictures for this Quality Inn were accurate to what I saw in person. Thank you for a pleasant stay. "

Note they don’t necessarily provide kitchen amenities even though there’s a kitchen - they expect you to travel with pots and pans I suppose. But this is an issue with the chain in general. Only certain limited locations provide kitchen utensils and pans. Most don’t. Nonetheless, still a nice hotel and a good value. Just a weird business model. "

They had computer problems on the night i checked in but the front desk clerk was determined to be as helpful as he could be, and was escorting all of us to our rooms to let us in our rooms.
