"Very quiet. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Good size towels and nice quality soaps etc. Didn't use but saw coffee maker and coffee available. Would definitely stay again."

"The property is slightly deceiving from outside because it was originally a 1930s motor court style motel . The rooms have been completely renovated and they are extremely attractive.Parking is within 30 seconds of the room . Not to discourage anybody from visiting Cottonwood,but it was 105° when we were there and the air conditioning had absolutely no problem keeping the room at 73°"

"Loved this cute little motel. It was a perfect way to finish up our road trip through Arizona. Loved that it was family owned and they were super nice. Had a full kitchen and even a little living room area. It’s a great location if you’re wanting to avoid the crowds of Sedona but still visit. "

"Stef and Michelle have done a tremendous job with this property. They are so kind and helpful. I even saw them help another couple with their flat tire! You can’t expect anything more. My wife loves Pepper and Cinnamon (their goats). The decor makes you feel at home. The sunset view from your room will be stunning. If you stay there to see Sedona, I also recommend seeing old town Cottonwood and Jerome."

"This place was in a very convenient area. It is located behind a RV park but allowed enough privacy. This property is the perfect booking for a solo traveler or couples. I traveled here by myself and had a great time. "

"The air conditioner was very loud and off and on all night didn’t rest well Lots of noise from other rooms We arrived prior to our room being ready and never received a call when it was ready so couldn’t check in til well past our check in time"

"It is a nice little place, I donated a spacula as there was not one. Outside lite was burned out and the lite switch at the head of the bed did not turn off the lite. Had to unscrew the lite bulb. Well kept grounds. Internet was not good and for the price per day, was not free either."

"We stayed here because I was running a race that started at the Gold King Ghost Town. It’s a great location, food options nearby were great. Starbucks across the street opens at 4:30am. This is the second time we’ve stayed here."
