"Located far from any amenities or shops. It was fairly comfortable, but the kitchen lacked many tools for making our simple dinners such as tongs or a pairing knife. There seem to be a lot of rules around eating and cooking smells that I haven’t seen in other places. The pool was quite small and the hot tub did not work properly. It wasn’t terrible, but I would not consider staying here again."

"It's in a good area of town, close to shopping and restaurants. The front desk staff are very nice and welcoming. The elevator was broken, so we got to repeatedly walk up 4 flights of stairs, and the carpets in the hallways are grossly dirty."

"The room is amazingly clean, including bathroom. We are on our 6th days out in our travel so we have lots of clothes need to wash and very glad they have a washer and dryer with free detergent .It's a kid friendly hotel they have swimming pool and hot tub. My kids enjoy our stay. once we get in to our room we decided to stay longer in Lethbridge. lol.They have ice machine too if you need some for cooler.
