"I’m pretty easy to please when it comes to hotels. Give me clean, quiet, and safe, and we’re already on good terms. This place checked all three boxes and then added a few bonus points for style. The entire property was spotless and modern, with comfy beds, quality linens, and bath products that smelled so good I briefly considered filling a ziplock with the sandalwood body lotion. Room was full of dust, floor felt like it had never once been clean and the shower was moldy. I only booked this place because I just needed a place to sleep after a long day of driving, but to be honest, I would have rather slept in my car."

"Cole greeted us as soon as we walked in. He made check-in easy and pleasant. He makes each guest feel important as he gives us his full attention and shares his desire that we have a wonderful stay. Which we did. The room was immaculate. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was the usual fare, but everything was full and the hot foods were hot. All the staff we interacted with were friendly. We will stay here again the next time we pass through Spokane."

"The room was clean. Breakfast was good with eggs, bacon, pancakes, oatmeal, breads, yogurt, and cereal. There is a nice park across the street and many restaurant options nearby. My only complaint is it's near the railroad tracks and a train came through at 1 am. They do provide earplugs which helped with the noise."

"Freshly cleaned rooms everyday with fresh linens. The hotel was lightly dated but obviously well cared for with staff and owners taking good care of it. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and parking was excellent. The free coffee wasn’t just good because it was free coffee it was very high quality as well. I will be coming back."
