"Quiet location. Pool was very clean. Towels provided. Breakfast was delicious. Rooms were clean. The entire hotel is being remodeled. Hopefully there’s a full length mirror going into the rooms when they’re done. Hubby put a suitcase over the nightlight that wouldn’t turn off next to the bed. Shines right on you."

"The room was fine except for the shower having problems and the traffic noise. Breakfast was good. I did find it a bit annoying that there was a sign by check in that said treats for you which were treats for dogs"

"Outstanding property! The room was wonderful, and the breakfast was great. We also used the laundry room, which was fantastic—it even had a TV for guests to enjoy while waiting."

"The room was clean. Breakfast was good with eggs, bacon, pancakes, oatmeal, breads, yogurt, and cereal. There is a nice park across the street and many restaurant options nearby. My only complaint is it's near the railroad tracks and a train came through at 1 am. They do provide earplugs which helped with the noise."

"Cole greeted us as soon as we walked in. He made check-in easy and pleasant. He makes each guest feel important as he gives us his full attention and shares his desire that we have a wonderful stay. Which we did. The room was immaculate. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was the usual fare, but everything was full and the hot foods were hot. All the staff we interacted with were friendly. We will stay here again the next time we pass through Spokane."

"All was good but ice maker didn’t work!"

"This was the most run down hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Floors are dirty, rooms are dirty, no phone in room, tv remote won’t work (stuck w 1 channel), don’t clean room unless requested before 9am. Always people outside the hotel lurking around. Makes for an unwelcoming feeling. And if you book ahead of time there is no refund if you want to cancel and go somewhere else."

"Our stay at The Suites at Prairie Falls was amazing! The entire facility was clean, the staff was friendly and went above our expectations to make sure we had everything we needed. The restaurant, Emma's was delicious. Our room was huge, comfortable and quiet. We look forward to coming back soon."

"The staff were fighting at the front desk so it took over 10 minutes to check in. Literally arguing in front of us at customers."

"Bed, bedding, towels, price, ease of booking, parking, shower were all good. There were two noticeably unclean areas on the underside of the toilet seat and a former tenant’s takeout garbage was in the fridge."

"Freshly cleaned rooms everyday with fresh linens. The hotel was lightly dated but obviously well cared for with staff and owners taking good care of it. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and parking was excellent. The free coffee wasn’t just good because it was free coffee it was very high quality as well. I will be coming back."
