"The hotel is a great location for the west end area. Very close to west Ed and other attractions. Good parking at the hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were updated and very clean, bathrooms are large and showers are nice. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. The hotel was nice and quiet. We’re able to enjoy the pool and small game room. Breakfast was good and options for everyone. Good hotel for a family. "

"I was so pleased with my stay at this Baymont Hotel. The underground parking was a saving grace when temperatures dipped lower than -30C during that blustery cold time in Edmonton. The staff were so helpful. The location was ideal as I'd had to have my vehicle serviced at WEM Toyota and my conference was at River Cree. The bed was comfortable and the kitchenette allowed me to prepare my own foods. I would recommend this hotel anytime. "

"We really liked being in this hotel, in was comfy, safe, warm and very closed to the Edmonton mall. It was also clean and the staff was very nice all the time. They have also breakfast that is useful for you to not go out but right there you also have Smitty's restaurant if you want something different or if you want a nice lunch or dinner. We would definitely come back."
