"The staff was helpful. The air conditioner is in a terrible place -on the wall right between the beds blowing cold air on our heads. Then the air froze up and there we were in Florida and couldn't open windows due to being on the ground floor and perhaps a bad person climbing in! HOT NIGHT!! Saw roaches several times. Office said they sprayed, but still saw them the 3 weeks we were there. The ice machine blew up one night and that was a terrible thing. The room fire alarms all work...

"Staff was rude. Guy had a bad attitude. No hot water. Booked with Expedia but had a problem at check in so while Expedia was trying to fix problem for 2 hrs I was told I wasn't allowed to wait in the lobby and was escorted out because the man did t want me to charge my phone in the lobby while I waited to Expedia to fix the problem. So rude"

"SHOWER was great, good water pressure. Pillows were good. Had continuous problem with door lock. Had to get new cards twice. One never worked. They even changed the door lock and problem was not resolved. Overall experience was good made up for door locks with helpful staff."

"This home was amazing. Plenty of space for my family and I. We loved the heated pool and the other opportunities for entertainment including the ping pong table and board games. The area with the grill was also a great addition to the house. "

"Overall my stay was good, only thing bothered me that I stayed 6 nights with toilet clogged.. maintenance still on the way 😂😂😂. Thanks to my gym . However the lady at night shift tried to help me coming to the room trying to open it . Anyhow overall stay was good"

"Staff was excellent! Very kind and helpful the entire stay. For it being a cheap hotel room the quality is what you get. But there a few concerns I have for future guest. Such as pets, the smell of animal feces and Urine was present upon entering some doors and some hallways. As well as animal fecal matter on the property (Parking lot) I also did see pests in some of the doors frames. The pool was not in order during our stay which was a bit inconvenient, but the area surrounding it was decent....

"I enjoyed staying at this Holiday Inn. I was on the second floor, with a poolside view, and it was quiet and comfortable. It was easy to get down to the fitness room, which offered some cardio and a few weights; and the buffet breakfast was typical for a hotel, yet they kept it warm and well stocked. I never used the pool, but saw a few people in it during my stay. The room was clean each evening I returned. I don't ask for much, yet got sufficient."

"The room was nothing like pictured in the advertisement. I had to check out early bc my husband was very sick (not related to hotel) when I told the desk he was very sick and asked if I could bring him breakfast I was told no that no food was allowed in the room and I couldn’t bring any food upstairs"
