"The hotel islocated in a very peaceful location. Having a car is highly advised as the resort is huge. Staff from the front desk to the restaurant were all very nice. The rooms were more than enough for one human being. Breakfast was plated but tasty. I highly recommend the milk fish. "

We lost a phone during one of the days there and before we noticed it was missing, the staff had found it and was contacting us about delivering it back to us. "Aclaro era fin de semana largo. Pasaba la tormenta Nalgae. El servicio en el restaurante en la noche fue pésimo. Estando vacío el tiempo de espera fye de 45 minutos. Pedí comida al cuarto de li que habia en el menú pero no lo tenían disponible. Terminé cenando un café y un pedazo de cake. El servicio del café siempre fue eficiente La habitaciones ampluas. Buen aire acondicionado. "

"Buena ubicación. Sin embargo no hay internet en los cuartos del primer y segundo piso (no hay buena recepción). Las puertas son de vidrio y la luz de los pasillos está prendida en las noches (por lo tanto siempre hay luz en las recámaras). Las habitaciones son de buen tamaño y muy limpias. Es un hotel nuevo, minimalista y ecológico. El restaurante japonés muy rico en la parte de abajo. Hay un Starbucks en la esquina y el hotel te ayuda a contratar el tour para ver el volcán. "
