"I did not actually stay at the Courthouse Hotel, but I would still like to give them a 5-star review because of their excellent customer service. A few hours before I was scheduled to arrive, I got a call from the hotel, advising my that the A/C in my room was not working and that the problem would not be resolved before I arrived. "Hot breakfast varied each day and the choices were always very good. The breakfast buffet included some standard items every day, like oatmeal, bagels, muffins, etc. The buffet area was always clean and well-maintained, as was the dining area. Our stay did not include daily housekeeping, but it was always easy to get extra soap or towels from the staff if we needed anything. "

"Enjoyed our 1 night stay at the hotel. We had a pool side room which is great for kids. Rooms were new and decently clean. Great location to stay with kids who love to swim "

"Hotel was clean, staff was professional and kind, thoroughly enjoyed our stay. If I had to say what I didn’t like it would probably be parking when underground or directly outside the hotel was at capacity, was a bit of a walk to get from their off site parking to the hotel. Also no stair access, was forced to wait 45 mins in lobby as maintenance worked to get the elevators fixed. "

"The carpet in our room felt dirty, the courtyard needs to be weeded and there was a broken front wimdow. The room was spacious and quiet."

"Great resort hotel- defintely would stay again hands down. Comfortable beds, clean, fantastic views, nice patio, great restaurant & food! "

"Room was spacious and clean, beds were overall pretty comfortable. Good water pressure in the shower. Staff was helpful and checkin/checkout was easy - we even had room service, which was a pleasant surprise. The property does show its age with a faint cigarette smell but nothing harsh. Overall a good deal for staying the night in town."
