"Was nice but didn’t really use amenities since I was sick"

"Complimentary soup/salad in the evening is a nice touch, as well as a free beverage. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was wonderful, food of all types, fruit, yogurt, coffee, all fresh and nicely presented."

"First of all they advertise they have their own parking lot. While they do, it fits probably only around 15 vehicles and only if they’re compact size. Secondly, I sent a special request that we be able to have a room near the entrance and without stairs since we were there for my husband to have double eye surgery. No one ever contacted me to tell me that we may have to park in a parking garage and then walk to the hotel or tell me the only way to get to our room was up a flight of stairs. ...

"This hotel is in a busy area. Lots of street traffic and parking could be an issue if arriving late. Good value, but if you are looking for a quiet stay, you may want to look at another neighborhood."

"This was a really great hotel that has been renovated and part of bringing a core back to the downtown of Spokane. Great restaurants around and the complimentary breakfast at Rosie's was wonderful. Would definitely stay here again. Our pillows in the room seemed a little older and small but it could be that replenishing with new items are taking some time. Really nice stay."

Very acomidating ( they allowed us to check in an 1 hour early and check out an 1 hour late with out any extra charge.) And the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend and would stay there again!"

Robes, nice continental breakfast, GREEK yogurt parfait bar. AND yet another solid choice, GLASS not plastic bottles of San Pelecrino in the no host honor bar. Tiny area for improvement, great job having a bottle of still water and glasses waiting the room. Refill the bottle in the mornings or...place a pitcher...
