"Well, for some reason, it wouldn’t take my credit card at the desk, although I had used it all day… The pool was broken which I was looking forward to so we had to go to the pool next-door in freezing weather and the refrigerator in my room was shut off, so it wasn’t cold. It wasn’t ready to be used and they had shut it off because when it came on, it vibrated so loudly that it woke you up and for me it’s a little attention to detail."

"We had just a one night stay in a suite with our 3 cats and son. It was a nice room with plenty of space and facilities. Breakfast was pretty good too. Staff were welcoming. "

"Stayed for one night. The hotel is spacious, clean, quiet and very conveniently located at Redmond Town Centre. The hotel looks and feels modern. I loved that the room had two king beds which is quite rare."

"Concierge wasn't the most welcoming. Just seemed quite unenthusiastic. Room was sizable and bed was fine. Breakfast as with all BW are just terrible. Hard pressed to find anything healthy, and very limited choices with plastic forks. "
