Then you have to drive your car to a parking lot which is 5 minutes by car (as so many one-way streets) and then 5 minutes walk back. "Richard is a wonderful and generous host full of gentle attentions. His Grosvenor Villa has a great history that you will start discovering as soon as you enter the magnificent lobby. A nice 20 minutes walk to reach downtown Bath, it’s a central point to discover Stonehenge, Bristol, Cardiff and the charming villages of the Cotswold. We highly recommend it and we would we would return with so much pleasure!"

"Lovely clean room with a fantastic shower. Very quiet. All the staff were approachable, friendly and helpful. We loved the inclusive buffet breakfast, there were plenty of places available to sit and eat at our leisure so it didn’t feel like a scrum. The complementary luggage storage on day of check-out was a godsend, as was the rack of rental brollies (first day in Bath was very rainy). Great first experience with Hampton By Hilton. "A very beautiful and unique hotel in a spectacular area just away from the tourist drag of Bath city center. The hotel has alot of character and period decor. Its an old hotel, so the heating was nit on, understandibly so as it was May. The plumbing is also not updated, so there is a hot tap and a cold tap at the sink. The facilities are adequate for a shorter stay. The hotel is being upgraded, so there was alot of noise above us for our 2 night stay. The staff are friendly and helpful."
