"We had such a wonderful time celebrating our one year anniversary. Breakfast was brought to our front door every morning at 9am, which was very sweet. Everything was delicious. The view from our room was beautiful and we had breakfast and dinner on the porch enjoying the views. We spent time during the day in the pool to cool off. "One of our rooms woke up to a good amount of water coming through the ceiling in the bathroom in the middle of the night, because the jacuzzi room above overflowed. The ceiling looked unsafe. They had to move all of their stuff and their sleeping child. We got an apologies and a room move. Would have expected some sort compensation or at least a managers outreach. "Love the location of this hotel to Lake Natoma. Rooms are spacious for a family. Love that they also offer continental breakfast, and afternoon cookies. If you travel with pets, they are welcome and also have treats for them at the front desk."

"This is a very old hotel with all the scents and quirks of an old hotel. However, it is beautifully maintained and we found the room very clean and the overall property very fun to explore and experience. The parking was easy to get to and from and seemed safe. We encountered no problems. We enjoyed sitting out on the common balcony and watching the evening of the downtown come to life. The shopping up and down the street the next day was lovely. Many shops are closed on Sunday, fyi. ...

"i booked this place after i saw the reviews. however still hesitant because it’s a Motel 6. i was very impressed though. My two rooms were great. furniture was in great condition, bed was great, bathroom was super clean. Main hallways had the look of a motel 6 but once you entered the rooms it was well worth the money. The property was safe and quiet. Also close to multiple restaurants, fast food, and bar which is an easy walk. Highly recommend."

"When we checked in we were given a room and it was still being cleaned at 5:30pm. When asked for another room there wasn't one so we had to wait until they were done. Shower was leaking constantly and the toilet was sputtering. The controls for the shower were upside down. There's no blackout curtains and with kids that's terrible. My wife created some somewhat-blackout curtains with blankets that I got from the front desk. The guy that works the desk at night treated it as an...
