Room was clean, breakfast was great (apart from the pod coffee machine not working very well), late check out at 12.00 was really helpful and staff were really friendly at the reception desk and at breakfast. The staff are excellent and always ready to help with any enquiry. The rooms were clean but maybe the pots and pans need updating but we managed with what we had. Parking is excellent also. Have stayed at the Cerise a number of times which proves I am very happy with the hotel
