The entire property lacks management. I stayed for 9 days and I did not see a hotel manager once!! This certainly shows… from the shocking quality of room servicing/ cleaning to the management of breakfast it is all literally a joke!!!! Eggs take 30 minutes and they arrive inedible.. simple poached egg is either rubber or raw. Twice they had no eggs to offer “ ran out” on a week day at 8am.. how is this possible?! A Radisson property!
The breakfast is also the same every single day not even the fruit on offer changes and they don’t even have ability to make a cuppacino… only TERRiBLE vending coffee avail even if you want to pay!!!
The towels are thread bear and the rooms are NOT sound proofed even on the 17th floor you hear street noise and elevator noise and other guests.
If I had not paid in advance I would have checked out.
The sauna was also under maintenance for all 9 days of the stay.. and the staff are just soo uninterested in guests it’s a joke! I told the one I didn’t have slippers in my room I was told to go buy next door at the pharmacy ! Like really?!
This hotel is seriously ruining the radisson brand
And last but not least shocking WiFi impossible to have a teams meting in your room.
Just stay at the Melia ! Avoid!
