Lovely quiet house with nice host

We had a lovely stay at this Finca. Ramon was always quick to answer and very Kind. The house itself is located in a quiet and nice location without beeing too far away from everything. All in all we had a very nice week and will be booking again if we decide to get back into the area.

Für den Preis kann findet man nichts besseres. Der Gastgeber war freundlich und hilfsbereit alles hat reibungslos geklappt und wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in dieser schönen Finca.

A fantastic villa

The villa was beautiful. The large pool is excellent and well maintained, everthing about the house is perfect. We had a really great time.Ramon was really helpfull and looked after us really well.he even bought my son and his wife a drink when he saw them in Campanet.

War ein grosses haus, welches ein grossen pool hat. Eine riesen garage in der pool oder tischtennis gespielt werden kann. Genug platz zum sich verteilen.

Good sized property with excellent pool and grounds. Bedrooms were a good size, and everything provided. Plenty of space in the property and surrounds.

A lovely place in a great location

A lovely spacious property that’s well looked after. The pool is a good size and the large table outside accommodated all 10 of us. The kitchen has most of what you need and we used the outside griddle many times. The rural location made it a quiet place to be although it was only a short walk up to the square in Campanet where they do great pizzas -the quiet road up is dark so take torches (turn them off for a great view of the stars). Ramon was attentive. He stayed out of the way but also reacted quickly to the little issues that invariably occur in a well used property. We had a wonderful time and would happily return to this property.

Großzügiges Haus und gute Lage, aber doch mit vielem kleineren Verbesserungsbedarf

positiv: abgelegene und ruhige Lage, TT und Billiard (für regnerische Tage), Swimmingpool, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, Autobahn in der Nähe, ansprechende Umgebung, vielfältige Ausstattung wie Grill und Garage, kurzfristige Verfügbarkeit des Besitzers, der sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend war, abschließbares Tor zum Grundstück, Badehandtücher, Terrasse mit großem Tisch, Liegestühle negativ: es gab eine Reihe kleinerer Mängel, die in der Summe doch den sonst positiven Eindruck trüben: Abzugsgitter im Bad fast völlig zugestaubt, Türgitter für Umluft fehlt, Küche für 9 Personen etwas klein, die Kaffeemaschine arbeitete viel zu langsam, Türen waren nicht gedämmt, so dass sie beim Schließen oft laut knallten, Türbeschläge vielfach lose, Paellepfanne russte stark am Gasgrill (es bedeutete ein Menge Reinigungsarbeit), Grillgut brannte schnell an (keine Pfannenbeschichtung), Ablagemöglichkeiten wie Tischchen oder Haken an der Wand der Zimmer gab es zu wenig, Außenanlagen wirkten wenig gepflegt

Perfect.

Everything was just perfect, the Villa had everything we needed to accommodate 9 adults. The rooms are very generous in size. The ensuite bathrooms are huge. The photos really don't do this Villa justice. The pool is fantastic with plenty of sunbeds. The location is ideal. Its easy to get from airport and surrounding areas. The views are amazing, the area is very peaceful and quiet. The owner Ramon was very easy to communicate with. He is friendly and checked we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this Villa if you want your own space with good access to local amenities. Beach and golf courses are around 20 mins drive away. Thank you Ramon and family for letting us stay in such a beautiful home.

Super Finca in toller landwirtschaftlichen Gegend

Wir verbrachten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in dieser Finca. Waren 10 Personen und fühlten uns sehr wohl. Das Haus ist groß und sauber, gute Raumaufteilung, schöner Pool. Besonders loben möchte ich den Hausbesitzer Ramon, der sofort binnen kürzester Zeit auf unsee E-Mails mit diversen Fragen und Anliegen reagiert hat. Einziges Manko ist, dass am Pool nur 2 Schirme vorhanden sind und es nirgends eine Grünfläche gibt. Trotzdem würden wir das Haus sofort wieder buchen und können es nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. 🔝👌🏻

Perfect finca for a big group

The stay at this estate was just perfect. We had a great time with our group of 9 persons. The pool is huge, there's more than enough space and the rooms are fine (incl. the air conditions in every room). The basement/garage with the ping-pong and billiards table was nice for a casual match. The outdoor grill/baking area is perfect and there's enough space whole group on the terrace for the.

Géniale.

Villa magnifique, bien équipé, spacieuse. Grande piscine. Transat confortable. Jolie vue sur les montagnes et la campagne. Le propriétaire est disponible et très sympathique.

Highly recommend this stunning countryside home

We stayed here with 10 people for 1 week, and it was incredible. We cooked dinner over an open fire in the back yard, there are sheep roaming around the fields, the sunsets are perfection! Ramon, the owner of this home was extremely easy to communicate with (regardless of our language barrier), whenever I needed something, he responded within minutes. The views are exceptional, the basement was perfect for storing all of our bicycles, a beautiful walk into the town of Campanet!! We will be back next year. Muchas gracias!!

Sehr schöne Finca

Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!! Das Haus ist sehr schön ländlich inmitten eines grünen Tals am Rande des Ortes Campanet gelegen. Hier hat man wirklich seine Ruhe. Um einen herum hört man nur das Bimmeln der Schafsglocken und der Blick reicht bis zum Tramuntanagebirge. Phantastisch :-) Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Großzügige Zimmer/ Badezimmer, gute Matratzen und genug Platz in den Schränken um alles zu verstauen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Küche dürfte noch etwas umfangreicher ausgestattet sein, aber für den Urlaub alles kein Problem. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Man braucht nur sagen, wenn etwas fehlt. Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 9 Personen hier und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!! 100% zu empfehlen!

Super lækkert hus og perfekt beliggenhed for afslapning.

Det er et skønt sommerhus som ligger så smukt. Selve huset har en skøn terasse og lækkert poolområde og i kælderen er der et poolbord samt bordtennis. Rundt omkring huset er der marker med græssende får og når man sidder på terassen lyder der er brægen fra disse dyr, det er hyggeligt. Husets ejer kom forbi på første dagen for lige at høre om alt var tilfredsstillende samt på dagen før afrejse for at høre hvornår vi skulle afsted. Der var også stillet danske småkager, vand, juice mm. Til os ved ankomst af husets ejer. Der er ca. 2 km. Til nærmeste lille hyggelige by Campanet med små men velassorterede supermarkeder, bager og hyggelige restauranter på byens torv. I byen findes der også Miquel som er Taxi chauffør og meget punktlig, ham havde vi mange kørsler med når vi skulle til bl.a. Alcudia, Inca. Rigtig god ferie i dette pragtfulde sommerhus. Erwartungen absolut erfüllt!!!

Anfang Mai bezogen wir die Finca mit zehn Erwachsenen Personen. Jedes Paar bekam ein schönes Zimmer, vier davon mit Bad on Suite. Die Finca ist nicht hellhörig, sodass jeder seine Privatspähre hat. Außerdem ist sie sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Für ambitionierte Köche ist das Equipment etwas dürftig. Grundausstattung vorhanden, allerdings um zB einen Salat anzurichten, fehlte es an größeren Schüsseln, auch war die Kaffeemaschine für 10 Personen zu klein . Der Aussenbereich ist super schön angelegt, der Pool immer sauber! Alles macht einen sehr ordentlichen, gepflegten und sehr sauberen Eindruck, innen wie außen. Wir haben uns ausnahmslos Alle sehr wohl gefühlt! Auch die reibungslose Abwicklung mit dem Vermieter, runden den sehr positiven Gesamteindruck ab.

Smart and luxurious

The villa had everything our 3 generations of family needed. The aircon provided a welcome relief from the August heat by night and the pool was in use every day. The landlord left some welcome essentials and treats which made our stay more personalised. Campanet has a range of reasonable bars and restaurants but this is really a base for those who want to explore Mallorca by car- for which it is excellently positioned.
