West Yellowstone is half an hour away! This 20 acre property offers opportunity for tranquil relaxation or endless recreation or a little of both.
The space
This carriage style house sits on a 20 acre property located in Madison River Ranch. The lower garage level offers a washer and dryer and plenty of space for gear storage. The indoor staircases will lead you upstairs to an open concept kitchen, living and dining room that open to a large deck and killer views. This home sleeps up to 4 people in the two bedrooms. One bedroom offers a queen size bed while the other offers to full size futons. The bathroom offers a shower, toilet and sink area.


The nicely appointed kitchen offers a stove, fridge, microwave and Keurig coffee maker. There is counter seating as well as a table and chairs. The home is kept warm with a woodstove in the living area and cool with ceiling fans in each room. Relax in the evening after a long day of adventuring by a fire or with a drink on the deck. The comfy chairs, couch and Roko tv allow for simple down time!


Guest access
Guests have access to the entire property and home. Guests have absolutely no access to common areas on the ranch. Guest have no fishing access at the common areas. Please be respectful of people’s private property.
Other things to note
This property is located off a gravel, dirty and rough paved roads. 4 Wheel-drive and high clearance vehicles are recommended especially in early spring and late fall. Weather in the rookies can change quickly so please be prepared. Access to the ranch is via private gate.
