"Before we even stepped out of our vehicle, we were greeted and shown into the home. There were chocolates on the kitchen table to welcome us too. We were encouraged to use the upper level because the bottom floor was really cold, and the internet needed to be reset our second day there, as well as a leak from one of the upstairs bathrooms on the 3rd. "Property manager was exceptional. She was responsive almost immediately. This house was perfect for 5-6 people. It’s very clean and in a very quiet neighborhood. Minutes from convenience stores and downtown Kearney. Wish we would have known about it a long time ago!"

"We stayed here for a few days and had a great time. The location can't be beat if you are looking for something close to all the Missouri star quilt shops. It's just a block away and we walked most everywhere in town which was nice. The apartment was very nice and very clean. The beds were a little soft for us but by no means does that change this review rating as that is a personal preference to have a firmer mattress. The only issue we had was using the door lock but our host responded quickly...
