This 2 story lake home on water with private dock has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and sleeps 9 comfortably. Washer and dryer available at no charge. Located at the Niangua Bridge on the 2.5 MM of the Niangua.

Paved road on and off main highway (State Hwy) 5 to front door.

Entertainment Venues:
-Ozark Ampitheatre (5 miles from house)
-Bridal Cave (available by boat or vehicle)
-Big Surf Waterpark (within 20 minutes)

Softball Weekend

Perfect for what we needed. If you’re playing softball/baseball at Ballparks National, this property is a great location for proximity to the ballpark.

Ozarks Stay

We were here for a softball tournament in Macks Creek. Great location, about 20-25 minutes from everything. Decent fishing from the dock. Bluegill and Bass. There are some water toys including a lilly pad and paddle boat that we enjoyed. There are quite a few stairs to get to/from the water and it is at the end of a cove so it is calm and quiet. There is some debris from the main lake that floats in, but nothing that stops you from swimming. Jeff is easy to work with and overall a great stay.

A Very Nice Stay

Our first impression of the property was how clean it was, it was very clean. The area is quiet and very restful, we had no real big issues. The house is well stocked and well decorated. We were comfortable while we were there and enjoyed fishing from the dock. We did have a little trouble getting checked in, initially the email said 3 p.m. but then said 4 p.m. so I didn't have the check in info. But that happens it wasn't any real big deal. The owner Jeff took good care of us.

Wonderful Experience

Overall our family had a wonderful stay. The home was clean and comfortable, right on the water. Everything for our stay was provided, allowing us to feel much more at home. The beds were comfortable and the living area was set up to allow for the whole family to relax. The stairs to the 2nd level were a bit steep, both inside and outside of the home. If anyone with mobility issues or elderly is in your party, I would be aware of this before booking. This did not keep us from enjoying every bit of the space in the home, it’s just something to be aware of. We will definitely cook here again!

Relaxing and fun!

Clean and beautiful home! We had so much fun on the lake and enjoying the water! Fun using the lilly pad, paddle boat and paddleboard! Loved our stay and will definitely be back!!

EVERYTHING YOU COULD ASK FOR AND MORE!!

I cannot begin to say enough great things about our stay. The house had more than enough space for our family of 5. The view was AMAZING. The location was within walking distance to many great restaurants yet secluded in a quiet calm cove. It was completely stocked so had no need to have to run in to buy stuff for our stay. AND JEFF....HE WAS BY FAR THE EASIEST GOING PERSON I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH! He was super accommodating and very easy going. I have rented more than a few homes, and this was BY FAR the simplest experience. THANK YOU, JEFF!! WE WILL DEFINITLY BE BACK!!
