Cedar Heights - Spacious 5 Bdrm Lakeview Condo

This 2 level Cedar Heights Condo is the total vacation rental package! This condo offers 5 bedrooms plus 2 double futons in the loft with 4 bathrooms and a huge lakeside open air deck. The main entry level hosts the kitchen, dining room area, the living room, the king bedded primary suite with private bath, all of which are lakeview. There are also 3 other bedrooms on this level including another king bedded suite with private bath and 2 other bedrooms with queen beds. The upper level includes a large lakeview loft with two double futons, a flat screen TV, Foosball table, an activity table with several board games for you to use. Adjoining the loft is the 5th bedroom featuring 2 queen beds and another private bath. Every bedroom, the loft and the living room feature flatscreen TVs and WiFi. There is with plenty of space to spread out and makes this the perfect condo for a large family or two small families with sleeping for up to 14 people in beds. However, this is not a good complex for party groups! The Cedar Heights Condo is located on the 12 mile marker of the Big Niangua arm of Lake of the Ozarks in Camdenton, MO. This condo is close to many area attractions including Ha Ha Tonka State Park, Old Kinderhook and Lake Valley Golf Courses, Ballparks National and Ozarks Amphitheater. This complex offers 3 seasonal swimming pools and is about a 15 minute drive to Big Surf Water Park (open during the summer months). As you can see this is the total vacation rental package and remember, with Four Seasons Property Management, you can always book with confidence!

PLEASE NOTE: NO boat slip available and no grill allowed! There is no trailer or boat parking in the complex.

Ozark Softball Stay

Great for family stay as generous accommodations, large bedrooms and baths. Smaller living area but we were never in the condo. Small kitchen so somewhat difficult to have more than 2 cooks working at a time.

Baseball tournament

Hello, we recently visited Lake of the Ozarks for a baseball tournament. We enjoyed our stay here and it was just as described. The location was ideal and the condo had everything we needed. There was 12 of us and it was more than enough room. The kids loved the loft and having their own bedroom up there! Would highly recommend this condo!

Family vacation

Wonderful stay with entire family. Beautiful view from balcony and spent alot of time out there in the evenings. Quiet spot, and within 15 to 20 miles of all the activities we had planned for the week. Enjoyable and relaxing time for all.

Mini reunion stay

We had a group of 15 stay - ages 6-50. Overall it was great. Good space. Good supply in the kitchen. Water front view was great. Had one or two small things and management was responsive and quick. It was a good stay. Even though we were on the top floor with no elevator it didn’t feel like much of a walk up and it was wonderful views from our balcony!

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful stay. This was a really good setup for or family, since there were 5 bedrooms and 4 baths. Our family consists of 4 married couples and their kids. It was perfect. The kids really liked being able to go to swim in multiple pools. The adults enjoyed taking a nightly stroll around the facility. Thanks you, we had a fantastic time.

Nice Vacation

The inside of the condo was clean, decorated nicely, and all beds/furniture were comfortable. The complex is older and rough looking in some areas. It is also located 20-30 minutes from the places we liked to frequent and an hour by boat to areas we preferred. We still enjoyed our stay and had a great vacation!!

Great property! Very obvious that owners put time and effort into making it a warm, welcoming place and it shows! Exactly as advertised yet better. So much room for the kids. The 7 adults want to stay HERE again when we are in the area and the children wanted to live there starting now! :)

Perfect size and room arrangement for our family of sixteen. Our drive times to locations was reaso

the property was new and contained all the utilitarian items our family needed. It was located conveniently near the locations we wanted to visit. When the smoke alarm went off in the middle of the night, a quick call to the property management had someone there first thing in the morning to change the battery. Overall we were delighted with the property and mangement servvices we experienced.
