This property is in the gated community of Old Kinderhook in Camdenton, Missouri directly off Highway 54. It is a very quiet (on land and water) area located on the beautiful Big Niangua Arm (MM 13) of the Lake. It is very easy to find and access without the need to navigate winding lake roads.

This is an updated, well-equipped and clean vacation home. We just finished upgrading every angle of this place and it looks awesome. You will love to spend a few days right on the golf course in such a lovely place and won't want to leave.

The full kitchen has an open seating area, refrigerator w/ice maker, microwave and everything you will need for cooking and eating. The spacious living room has comfortable furniture, fire place and a large TV for your enjoyment. High-speed 1 Gbps secured wireless Internet access is also included at no cost. The large deck overlooking the golf course has plenty of seating for you to relax and cook with the gas grill. Even when it's warm out, you can enjoy some shade under cover with the cool feeling of the outdoors on the lower patio. A desk workspace is located in the primary bedroom.

The primary bedroom: 2 twin XL beds which can be converted into a king, night stand, large walk in closet, ceiling fan, smart TV, and en suite bath.

The other three bedrooms each have 2 twin XL beds which can be converted into a king, night stand, smart TV, ceiling fan and closet.

The lower level has a comfortable living area with large smart TV, queen sized sleeper sofa and two chairs.

All TVs have You Tube TV. They are controlled by Roku remotes. The You Tube TV service is provided for free.

The unit is furnished with linens and towels for all bedrooms, baths and kitchen.

The complex has 2 swimming pools for your pleasure. Also available is the Hook Café which opens early and offers great breakfast choices, lunch and drinks and the Trophy Room which opens in the afternoon and has excellent food and a full bar. Outdoor seating is available at the Café and Trophy Room (excellent views of the golf course). There is also an Aveda Spa for your relaxation with a full range of services.

Other beautiful and challenging golf courses are within a 10-15 minute drive. Also nearby are dozens of lakefront restaurants and night clubs accessible by land or water. Grocery stores, shopping and boutiques in Camdenton are only five minutes away and additional opportunities exist in Osage Beach only 20 minutes away via 4-lane Highway 54.

Camdenton is a much calmer part of lake. Old Kinderhook is a professionally managed course and is a pleasure to view and play. It also provides a great opportunity to just simply relax and forget about the hustle and bustle of life. That's what we enjoy about it. It is very close to Ha Ha Tonka State park which provides amazing views of nature, walking trails, castle ruins and more.
