  • *Duke has lowered the Lake for construction at the Wateree Hydro Station. The marina is not renting boats at this time and boats cannot be pulled up to our dock.
    This home is located in the desirable area of Beaver Creek. Just a quick walk to restaurants/bars such as the Beaver's Den and the Riverdeck. Convenient access to rent a boat or jet ski for the day from Lake Wateree Marina. *Whether you are boating, swimming, kayaking, or hunting, enjoy the benefits of year round lake living.

I enjoy sitting on the back porch and watching people load and unload their boat boats. Also a great view of the marina. It’s within walking distance to Dock 97 and the Beaver Den bar.

It’s a comfortable cabin for sure. All the amenities that you need my favourite part is that it’s within walking distance to Dock 97 restaurant.

Beaver Creek is our favorite lake area. This cabin was beautiful, met all of our needs, is located in a wonderful and convenient location, with an amazing host!! We will definitely be back.

Beaver creek

This was our second stay here and we really like it. The house is in a great location on the lake is comfortable and has a great yard and dock.There is nice deck for sitting out and the house was clean and had all we needed for a great vacation with our grand children.We will be back again.

Beaver Creek cabin

Situated right on the lake with great deck and boat dock. Very peaceful and convenient to the town of Camden. The cabin had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.

Great place to stay

Locely little lake house in excellent condition! Everything worked, super clean, great space to relax, hang out, enjoy lake. Close to food and convenience. Hosts always responded quickly and frankly it was just a super easy weekend. Thanks for letting us stay!

Cozy with everything you need nearby

I really like this place, it’s very cozy and is a great location on the lake. It’s within walking distance to the marina and also to a great restaurant called dock 97. The restaurant is open Thursday through Sunday and I highly recommend it.

We love Lake Wateree and needed a bigger home this trip and this fit our family of 6 perfectly. The view of the lake is beautiful with a quick 2 minute drive to the marina (or swim if you’re interested). The property was lovely with lots of shaded trees. The beds were super comfortable and everything felt clean and tidy.

Wateree fishing trip

Had a great stay. Location worked well with restaurants in walking distance. Also had a public boat ramp real close by. Everyone was super friendly. Host was great to work with.

Very nice property. Cozy and user-friendly. Great location with views of the lake. Two restaurants within walking distance. One with an exceptional food. Will definitely stay here again.

Hurricane retreat

We stayed at the lakehouse escaping tampa from hurricane milton. Was a nice change from the big city life. Perfect for everything we needed. Hayley was quick answering questions and we extended our stay another night

Great Time

This was most convenient location for us across the way from Wateree Marina. The relaxed atmosphere during early morning and evenings was beneficial to us all. We could not have asked for a better location, better facility,or dealings with the manager. We look forward to doing it again.

Spring getaway

The property was as advertised . Quaint and comfy. Once the lake levels are back to normal, it will definitely fit the bill for fishing, boating and just relaxing. Found some local restaurants that were delicious and affordable. Would consider returning.

The weather wasn’t perfect but the lake home was perfect. Hayley was wonderful with all communication. We will back!
