This oceanfront treasure is a cozy one bedroom cottage, 2 twins, furnished with luxury linings. Simple and elegant with breathtaking views of the Mussel Ridge Channel. Bold ocean at its best! All the furnishishings needed for a relaxing vacation, whether it's looking for sea glass, periwinkles or just curl up with the sea breeze and a good book. A bright cheerful fully appointed kitchen with an ocean view, we think you will agree no detail has been overlooked. Get in touch with the natural beauty of the Maine Coastline. It is a short walk to a to a beautiful sandy beach, dig your toes into the sand or swim out to the small island in front of the cottage.
For a day of adventure book a day sail trip out of Rockland, Camden or Belfast. Hike Camden Hills State park, ferry boat ride to Vinalhaven, or Ilsesboro, climb Mount Battie, visit the Owls Head Transportation Museum to see vintage cars and airplanes. Local sea kayak rentals available. Don't forget your camera because the ever changing light serves up photo ops all day, from some of the most beautiful sunrises to breathtaking views of the moon rising at night. Enjoy a lobster boat tour, a concert in the park, fireworks, North Atlantic Blues festival, The Lobster festival, craft fairs if your timing is right. Once you arrive you may never want to leave. A detailed rental agreement is required, no pets and non smoking.

Perfect! Views from this property are overwhelming! We even have one that we took at 3:30 AM and you cannot describe it with words. Water was smooth as glass and the stars and two planets made it even more breathtaking.The cottage was a perfect maine cottage. It is well maintained, clean and up to date. It is within 5 minutes of Rockland and for us that was a plus. We have plans to book next year. If you are looking for a home away from home you will not be disappointed.

Wonderful, Relaxing stay!

The cottage is wonderful! Everything you need to relax and enjoy your stay. Full size fridge, washer & dryer, spacious living room with two huge picture windows looking out at the sea. Very quiet area, and close to so many points of interest.

Overdue Relaxation

We had a great stay. Cottage is perfect and quiet. This year we did more relaxing rather than sight seeing, which was good. Missed the Owelshead truck show and Blues Festival weekend but it still was nice. Ate too much, for sure. Already looking forward to next year.

Throughly enjoyable

The location was lovely, you have an oven view from each room including the bedroom. Nice to see the sun rising over the ocean while you’re still in bed! There’s a nicely landscaped back yard that leads to the shore, comfy beds, and if you wish to leave the property you are 7 minutes from Rockland downtown.

This cottage was amazing - had all the essential amenities - and the view of the bay was worth the price of admission - lots of birds around the waters edge and in the bay - location was convenient for day trip to Acadia - several lighthouses in the immediate area - would give it the max stars

A beautiful spot

Overall very wonderful stay, but there were planes coming and going from airport nearby that was loud and unexpected but not awful. Well equipped kitchen and very clean! Would have loved a lounge chair in back but these are minor issues. Thank for sharing your bit of Maine with us!! Rockland which is not far had a lot going on so rain experienced just had us doing museums and exploring vs playing in the water and walking along the rocky shore.
