Relax with the family in this exclusive and quiet beachfront penthouse with sea views, pool and parking. Unique in the area for its excellent location, Can Costelles features two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious dining room with direct access to a large terrace, perfect for enjoying sunsets and the sea breeze.

The accommodation includes a community garden with swimming pool and showers, open all year round, as well as two parking spaces — especially convenient during summer. The apartment is located on the third floor without a lift.

L`Ardiaca is a quiet, family-friendly residential neighborhood of Cambrils. Nearby you will find restaurants, small supermarkets and takeaway options for grilled chicken and seafood paellas.

L`Ardiaca beach offers plenty of space, sun beds and awnings, a volleyball court and a children`s play area, making it ideal for families and relaxing days by the Mediterranean.

Visiting in winter? During the Christmas season, PortAventura Park is usually open until early January, making Can Costelles a great base for a winter family getaway too.

Thanks to its location and the shade of the pine trees in the community garden, the apartment stays relatively cool. It also has air conditioning (cooling/heating), fans in every room and electric radiators for winter. Bed linen, bath towels and beach towels are included.

Can Costelles is a licensed vacation rental. In accordance with Spanish law, all guests, including minors, must complete guest registration. A copy of the ID or passport of each guest is required, together with the requested contact details and, where applicable, the relationship of minors to the group.
1- The property is a licensed holiday let. For security reasons, and similar to a hotel check-in, in accordance to Spanish law (Decreto Ley 933/2021 de 26 de Octubre), all guests, whatever their nationality or age, are required to register upon arrival. This is done via a form that is submitted to the authorities. You will need to provide ID Cards/Passports, addresses, emails and contact details for all guests. If any minors are part of the group, you will need to state their relationship to you and/or other guests.

2- If you smoke, we kindly recommend you to smoke in the balcony to avoid bad smell in the apartment, so future guests can enjoy their stay :)
