No. 142 is well located with off street parking, plus a locked garage with internal access.
Three large bedrooms.
Two gorgeous tiled bathrooms
Happy for pets to come but enquire first as the villa will not suit all pets, thank you.

All linen/furnishings are either 100% cotton or linen to add to the luxury feeling. Feather pillows and duvets, with the option of synthetic due to allergies. Double sofa bed with innerspring and pillow top is located in the separate lounge and the fold out single bed can go into any of the bedrooms.

Air Conditioning with ducts to all rooms, keeps the house at an even temperature.

We have a secure, private backyard for you to sit under the olive trees and enjoy a bbq, glass of wine and entertain. If it is just a quiet cup of tea in the morning, there is a place for you.
A complete kitchen, if you decide you need to cook that special meal. Supermarket is a couple of minutes away.

Smart television, with Netflix capabilities
Two mountain bikes available for use.



If it is golf, cycling, rowing, holiday or visiting one of the many attractions near this Waikato town consider staying a few nights and enjoy what is to offer.

It all ends with this scene which is stunning. Only a 30 second walk from the car park to the river this shot was taken about a 5 minute walk further downstream on the main track at sunrise.

This is one of the nicest places I've ever stayed at. The attention to detail is exceptional. Renovated and presented to a very high standard this Villa provides comfort and ambience with lovely touches to welcome you - fresh bread and flowers from the garden to name but a few. We loved our stay here and didn't want to leave.

Very pleasant stay 5 star

The posting didn’t include enough picture of the nice bathrooms. The house is beautiful, with cherry trees in the back and the front. The host, Yvonne, was very thoughtful. There was bread at the property for our first breakfast, and information about the local area. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

Cosy villa with everything you need

We had a lovely stay at Villa 142. Everything was super clean, super comfy, super well appointed. Lovely little garden beautiful to look out on from the deck, master bedroom and dining area. Cosy sitting areas and a well appointed kitchen. Everything we needed for a comfortable long weekend stay. Really warm with the central heating. Couldn’t fault it. And Yvonne is a wonderful host making sure that our stay was just perfect. Everyone loved it! Would absolutely stay again, and again, and again…!

Everything was Amazing!

The Villa was immaculate, and so wonderfully restored and decorated. The gardens were beautiful and we enjoyed discovering something new each time we went outside. The kitchen has everything you might need to make meals, and there are two sitting areas (one open to the kitchen, and one in front with closing doors for privacy. The bedrooms are private and away from the main living spaces, so people can spread out and have whole group time or quite time. The town of Cambridge is filled with friendly people, and there is a nice art gallery and some great shopping at small businesses downtown (be sure to go to the bookstore, children's clothing store, the kitchen goods store, antiques & French decorations. This rental is close to Hobbiton and Hamilton, and within driving distance to many other locations. The host was so helpful and kind. This was a wonderful rental experience!

Gorgeous Cottage

A beautiful place to stay in a lovely location. The cottage is lovely, both in its decorations and inclusions. It’s set in a beautiful garden close to the charming town of Cambridge. Yvonne was a delight to deal with. Definitely a place to return to!
