This beautiful home sits in a quiet neighborhood near the quaint village of Cambria. Located on the west side of PCH, you will enjoy all the ocean breeze has to offer in addition to the endless views of the rolling hills that make this area special and unique. Newly renovated with an open floor plan and high ceilings, creating a wonderful space to gather with your friends and family. A large, well stocked kitchen to prepare meals for everybody. Four bedrooms and three bathrooms make this home a great choice for groups or large families. We allow dogs, so even your furry family can join you on your visit to the beautiful Central Coast. Pet friendly No garage access.

When you're ready to venture out and explore the beautiful Central Coast you will have many options close by. Hearst Castle and Hearst Winery, perched above the San Simeon Cove, are a short drive up the coast, and the famed Paso Robles wine country is a quick drive east. Charming San Luis Obispo is a 45-minute drive south and the Big Sur Coast is at your doorstep heading north. Cambria is the perfect starting off point for countless adventures.

Enjoyable Extended Family Gathering Property

Property was as advertised. There was a bit of confusion with on-street parking, neighbor on Londonderry across from this property objected to our parking there despite the written instructions asking us to park there. We accommodated her and moved east about half a block. Otherwise a pleasant stay.

Wonderful Weekend

Our stay in Cambria was marvelous. The house was very well kept with a well stocked kitchen, luxury linens, plenty of seating and perfectly located. The staff at Breen Vacation Station was very responsive to us and made us feel very comfortable. Thank you!

Nice house that is conveniently located.

Great house for a girls trip. Enough room for everyone plus 3 bathrooms! Easy access to Hearst Castle, Paso Robles and even Big Sur. We would stay here again!

Lodge Hill

This house was perfect for our family vacation! We were a group of 5 adults, 3 teenagers, and a chihuahua. The house was clean upon our arrival and was bigger than we expected. We were impressed with how stocked the house was - there was plenty of everything! The beds were comfortable with ceiling fans in the upstairs bedrooms, lots of kitchen supplies & dishware for a large group to make dinner, extra bedding and towels, shampoo & conditioner, hair dryers, cleaning supplies, an Aerobed - the list goes on. We stayed for 5 nights - wish we could have stayed longer! This was a great place to come "home" to after a day out at Moon Stone Beach or exploring the Central Coast. Breen Vacation Station manages the house and they made the check in/check out process super easy. They even gave us a bottle of wine. Highly recommend!

Family beach trip

We stayed here for a long weekend as a launching point for exploring Cambria and the coast. The house had plenty of space for our family of 6, was dog friendly and had beautiful windows to enjoy the eastern views of the hills. We would absolutely stay again if in Cambria!

Great location, excellent kitchen, nice amenities

Came with my family for the holidays and spent a week here. Great views from the living room and the kitchen is much better stocked than most rentals (spices, tools, pots/pans, etc). If you plan to cook some meals, this is a great place to stay. The house was very clean and well-maintained. Couldn't figure out how to use the fireplace, but aside from that, a great stay.

An okish property that needs more thought given to it

Starting with the yards, they are completely uncared for. In the house the stairs are uncarpeted making them very slippery. There is no light on the stairs at night, one of our friends fell on the bottom steps. The garage door opener doesn't work and it was difficult to manually operate.The lower bathroom has an old fashioned low toilet, hard for older folks to use. There are little complaints about the kitchen...no paper napkins, it's difficult to reach over the HUGE microwave to access the glassware/coffee mugs. Nice quiet neighborhood tho. This place isn't awful, just pretty marginal.

Very nice home

We enjoyed our weekend stay. The house is well stocked with towels, bedding, kitchen equipment and is nicely updated. The area is very quiet and nice for neighborhood walks. Very comfortable for two families of 4.

Great views and great stay for a group

We were a group of six (2 couples, 2 adults). We had plenty of space and loved our stay. One of the cleanest rentals I’ve stayed in, and nice touches with the complimentary wine. We also had everything we needed: cooking supplies, glassware, awesome living room TV, and restroom essentials (so nice not having to worry about shampoo, conditioner, body soap with rentals!). Lastly, just a 30-40 min drive away from the wineries and Paso. And plenty of cute restaurants and coffee shops in Cambria, too.

Enjoying after lockdown in 2021

We loved the view, location to town and hiking trails in Harmony and Cayucos. The main disappointment was the mattress in the Master Bedroom which was sagging. A couple of lights in the bathroom and a bedroom were not working.

Wonderful, indulgent get-away

This house is beautiful, well cared for and incredibly well equipped. The kitchen is very well supplied with everything needed for cooking family meals and baking. There are plenty of linens, especially cozy blankets. The open floor plan is perfect for family hangout time, and lots of lovely views of the nearby hillsides. The neighborhood is quiet and residential. This location has great access to Cambia, Morro Bay, San Simeon, and lots of stops up and down the coast. We hiked, biked, scrambled over rocks, visited beautiful beaches, saw otters and sea lions, and thoroughly enjoyed coming home each day to this lovely house. I highly recommend this property and the management team that so nicely cares for it.

Super cute and cozy dog friendly cottage

A perfect spot for a holiday family gathering. Super comfy beds and nice amenities. Beautiful kitchen and very nice appliances. Outside areas were a bit run down, but could be a very nice space to enjoy the crisp outdoor air. A nice long walk to the beach and very close driving distance to Main Street’s shops and restaurants. Had an overall lovely stay and made precious family memories to last a lifetime.

Lovely weekend

Just the right amount of everything. Great location, spotless, spacious, comfy beds, felt safe. Could use a loveseat to replace the two small chairs fireside for when two couples are in the house. Great value!

Hudson House

House was very clean and comfortable. Only down side outside in several areas there was big dog poop, the tenant prior to us must have had a dog and they did not clean up after their pet..
