"We had a very clean room, outdated, but the chlorine smell was so strong we had asthma. The beds were very comfortable, but we had very noisy people behind and on the top rooms that threw beisballs and a freebie to our windows and door, all this accompanied with loud music. An ok breakfast, a plus? Boiled eggs. Nothing special about it. 1st staff was not friendly, but the one after her was great, and helped us with utensils and cups. We may go back to this hotel because location"

"They have breakfast but not egg cooking such as egg scramble, sausage, bacon etc not like other hotel provided BUT they do included hard egg, waffle, bagel, cream cheese, hot coffee, orange juice, yogurt, etc all goood!! "

"The staff were very helpful. We had a room with a king size bed, and a pullout couch, hoping that two preteen children could sleep on the pullout couch. The pullout couch was smaller than a double slightly wider than a twin. It did not accommodate our two children. We were in newer rooms and they were very nice and clean. The location is incredible across the street from the Amtrak train station in view of the Colorado River. The amenities nearby with restaurants and shopping were great highly...

"I was surprised by the parking fee."

"All the other that drove in my family were unaware of the $10 parking fee. (Several cars.) When we questioned the desk they were not nice! I am Shure it said it on the web sight but none of us saw it. That is the only thing that would keep me from coming back. Maybe a sign at the front desk would help."
