Der Supermarkt in direkter Nachbarschaft ist nicht störend. Besonders erwähnen möchten wir den Ausgezeichneten Service und die Betreuung vor Ort. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

Gorgeous Villa if slightly tired in places.This Villa is a dream property and the location is so convenient and we really enjoyed our stay there and will probably use it again.There are more upsides than downsides to this property but you need to be aware of the downsides which is that it is slightly tired in places mainly the kitchen area and the pool had not been cleaned prior to our arrival and was not cleaned during our 2 week stay. Ok for us in May/June as it was only just getting warm enough to use.There is a lot of activity outside the property from Lidl which is next door and in the morning there is some road noise and building works.

Service company not very good villa was not very clean we’ve had cockroaches which I have reported but no one has been, rubbish left in the garden. Pool was only cleaned today the tiles have green mildew around the too. Bedding sheets were ripped.

Nadat we in onze eerste accomodatie niet binnen konden, zonder dat dit vantevoren aan ons vermeld was. Hierna zijn wij door de klantenservice van Belvilla goed geholpen, ze waren erg meelevend. De nieuwe accomodatie was daarentegen fantastisch, waardoor we ondanks een slecht begin toch nog een goed verblijf hebben gehad.

Was für ein wunderbares Haus. Das Haus ist ganz neu und mit allem Komfort ausgestattet. Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet. Der Supermarkt ist buchstäblich um die Ecke. Obwohl sich der Parkplatz vor dem Haus befindet, haben wir keinerlei Unannehmlichkeiten erfahren. Sie sind in 5 Minuten am Strand und es gibt viele Restaurants für einen Imbiss vor der Tür. Der Empfang des Managers war äußerst freundlich und sie waren leicht erreichbar für die wenigen Fragen, die wir während unseres Aufenthalts hatten. Alles in allem tolles Haus und schöne Umgebung. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Ich war schon eine Woche mit den Kindern in Calpe und wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in dieser wunderschönen, geräumigen und luxuriösen Villa Clem. Die Gegend ist reichlich zu sehen / zu tun, der Strand ist zu Fuß erreichbar und wir hatten jeden Tag schönes Wetter In der Villa ist alles was Sie brauchen. Alles ist sauber und aufgeräumt und alles ist gedacht, um Ihren Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, im Wohnzimmer gibt es zwei geräumige Sofas und Stühle mit einem großen Fernseher und in jedem Schlafzimmer gibt es einen Fernseher mit nl / sp-Kanälen (und die PS macht es sehr gut) im Wohnzimmer, mit offene küche, ein großer tisch, an dem wir lustige spiele haben. Und es war auch schön, überall im haus wifi zu haben.

Het is een fijn huis met een hele handige ligging. Momenteel wordt er wel gebouwd direct naast de woning, al om 6 uur s ochtends waren ze aan het werk. Het is een ruim huis, van aller gemakken voorzien. Niet super schoon helaas. En een hele vieze bbq, die jezelf moet voorzien van een gasfles, althans bleek bij navraag. Voor wanneer je de foto’s ziet, en de kostenvoor het huis: moet schoonmaak, een schone bbq toch minimaal in orde zijn

We have had a fantastic stay in Villa Clem. We stayed 2 families together for a week. The villa is lovely and has a perfect location for everything. The only thing we can complain about is that such a large villa does not have a proper oven. There is only a small combined microwave and oven. It also lacks a baking tray. There were also not enough glasses for the number of guests. We could have wished for a larger fridge or possibly an extra fridge. Bur we manager. We were not bothered by cockroaches or other insects, as others has complained about. We saw cockroaches outside in the street at night, but were not bothered in the villa. The caretaker is very helpful and nice. This is highly recommended.

Woning heeft een goede locatie en heeft een mooie aangename indeling. Echter is de communicatie met de host meer dan ondermaats. We hadden een vroege vlucht en er was geen enkele mogelijkheid om even de bagage van zes mensen inclusief fietsen te stallen terwijl de poetsploeg om 12u al weg was. Bijgevolg 7u op een terras gezeten met bagage. Woning is slecht onderhouden en vuil. Er is een gebrek aan keukenmateriaal. 4 kommetjes in een woning voor 8? 3 champagneglazen en 4 wijnglazen. Twee wokpannen en alle andere pannen werken niet op inductie. Tussen de dekentjes lag een onderbroek van de vorige bezoekers en in de kasten nog een trui opgefrommeld. Wasrek kapot, strijkplank kapot, en het buitenmeubilair hebben we eerst moeten afwassen. Absoluut geen aanrader terwijl de woning zoveel zou kunnen bieden!

We enjoyed it very much. Perfect accommodation especially for our large family. One of the selection criteria was a double bedroom on groundfloor with shower and bathroom for a less mobile family member. That was perfect. Accommodation is well located close to boulevard, beach, port, pittoresk old town, nature and last but not least supermarket. The private swimming pool is a luxury. We can highly recommend the villa.
