Villa Immona a cozy villa with pool and large garden. Wifi, air conditioning in the rooms. The house is located in a green and quiet urbanization of Calonge 7 km from the beach.
The house, with a large garden surrounded by a fence all around, has a pool of 8x4 m2 closed with a gate with two doors for child safety and pets.
The garden is equipped with two terraces with table and chairs, sun loungers, barbecue, plus a comfortable porch with garden furniture.
The house consists of two floors; on the ground floor has two double bedrooms, single beds with comfortable mattresses. A full bath, large living room, kitchen, breakfast bar with dishwasher, oven and microwave; laundry with washing machine, indoor and outdoor clothesline. The large living room offers the possibility of sleeping on a sofa-bed for two more people.
Upstairs is a double room with bathroom (shower) and terrace with excellent views out where you can see the bay of Palamos, St. Antoni and Torre Valentina.
It also has central heating, wood stove in the living room and fireplace in the dining room. Internet and TV in different languages.
The house of 200 m2 is surrounded by a garden of 600 m2, ideal for families with children and pets. Regular monitoring of pool (3 per week). Cleaning and automatic irrigation garden. The property has two parking spaces.

Ein wundervoller Urlaub bei hervorragenden Gastgebern

Imma und Frank sind die besten Gastgeber, die man sich wünschen kann. Das Haus, in ruhiger Lage, erfüllt alle unser Urlaubswünsche. Die Ausstattung, der Schlafkompfort un der schöne Garten runden den Aufenthalt ab. Immer wieder gerne.

Viaje fantástico con amigos, visitando la Costa Brava. Lo únicos que no ayudó mucho fue el tiempo que nos lloviomucho. Lo demás, excelente.

Schönes Haus mit sehr freundlichen Vermieter

Schönes Haus mit netten Vermieter die sich schnell um alles kümmern. Wichtig zu erwähnen ist dass die Klimaanlagen separat zu bezahlen sind genauso wie die örtliche Kurtaxe. Wir können das Haus weiterempfehlen die Gegend ist ruhig

Très bon sejour

Maison rustique et confortable pour nos vacances d'été. Imma est très accueillante. Piscine très sympa même si l'eau était encore fraîche a cause de la météo :-( Il faut juste faire attention car il y a beaucoup de petites marches d'escaliers dehors mais l'extérieur est bien équipé et agréable (transats, tables et chaises de tous les côtés de la maison pour profiter des différents moments de la journée) Nous conseillons !

Lovely stay in the Calonge mountains!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay in the house, it had everything we needed for a relaxing week. We enjoyed spending time in the pool, walking in the forest nearby, and visiting the surrounding towns. If you are looking for a nice size house with a swimming pool, within close proximity to the local towns, this is for you!

Comfortable house with much space inside and outside

Despite the rainy weather the first days of our two weeks-stay, we very much enjoyed the holiday house. The house was comfortable, spacy and clean on arrival. The garden, with swimming pool, has several sitting areas. Imma was a very friendly and helpful host and our accidental encounters with her husband Frank were pleasant. We most probably will return in the future.

Gut erholt/gut verweilt.

Alles supper. Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein sehr liebes Paar helfen wo sie können aber lassen auch die Freiheit und Privatsphäre. Sehr schönes Haus Supper zum entspannen und zur Ruhe zu kommen. Und gut gelegen als Basislager für Ausflüge ins Land und ans Meer.

Lovely house for a family holiday

We had a lovely week in Imma’s house in Calonge. The pool was great and there was plenty of space inside and outside for us to enjoy. The house is in short driving distance of lots of beautiful beaches and places to visit. Imma gave us good recommendations for markets and places to eat.

We hebben het heerlijk gehad! Imma de eigenaresse is fantastisch. Alles wordt geregeld als je iets vraagt. Maar alles was al aanwezig en groot fijn huis met veel plekjes om te zitten, uitgebreid keuken gerei. Wij overwegen het zeker om terug te komen.

We’ve had a very pleasant stay. The house is very spacious and equipped with every comfort. The pool is top. We were here in the summer and therefore had a lot of pleasure of the pool, terras, poolbeds and parasols. Imma and her husband were very friendly and helpfull. The house is located at short distance to the beach and different places.

Top Ferienhaus mit überaus freundlichen Gastgebern

Das Ferienhaus war genau so wie wir es uns vorgestellt haben. Es hat sehr viel Platz und viele Möglichkeiten zum Sitzen aussen und innen. Es hat nichts gefehlt und war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Pool wurde gereinigt und wir haben sogar etwas gegen die lästigen Mücken bekommen. Die Gastgeber waren ausgesprochen freundlich und haben uns auch gute Tipps gegeben. Die Übergabe verlief absolut problemlos und unkompliziert. Einziger Nachteil war der Zustand der Strasse, die neu gemacht wird. Dadurch gab es auch Baulärm. DANKE für unseren tollen Aufenthalt!

Vivement les prochaines vacances !

Nous venons de passer une excellente semaine de vacances chez Imma. Nous avons été reçu comme si nous étions à la maison en famille. La villa est très agréable et spacieuse. Nous avons pu encore profiter de la piscine en cette fin d'octobre ! Calonge est situé entre Palamos et Playa D'Aros. Tout est à proximité !!

Villa tout confort

Nous nous sommes senti comme chez nous pendant une semaine dans cette magnifique villa très bien entretenue et bien équipée. La grande piscine a été très appréciée vu les fortes températures extérieures. Situation idéale pour visiter Begur, Calella de Palafrugell, Tossa de Mar , le magnifique village médiéval de Peratallada… Du choix pour les Commerces proches ( Spar, Carrefour market…) Coup de coeur pour le restaurant « Rio de oro » accessible à pieds en bas du quartier . Et évidemment merci à notre gentille Hôte Imma qui nous a très bien accueilli et qui est très disponible et à l écoute. Seuls petits désagréments ;concernant les bruits de chantier dûs travaux en cours dans le quartier et l aboiement des chien . Dans la chambre parentale a l étage ,un lit 2 places serait + confortable .

Erholsame Auszeit

Haus und Garten bieten ausreichend Platz. Durch die Bäume im Garten ist immer ein schattiges Plätzchen zu finden. Die Vermieter sind immer hilfsbereit und bei Fragen sofort zur Stelle. Die Anlage ist ordentlich und gepflegt.
