The space
This comfortable and luxurious 2-bedroom apartment has just been renovated on the top floor of a house (also our Airbnb) and is conveniently provided with its own independent entrance. Its strategic location makes it a great selection for business or pleasure in the quiet neighborhood of Prados del Norte.
The main bedroom is equipped with a full bathroom, large closet space, air conditioning, street view and plenty of natural light. The secondary bedroom is equally equipped with closet space, air conditioning and a sleeper sofa for additional comfort. A bathroom is just outside in the living room area.
The living room is a spacious area for entertainment and social gatherings filled with natural light from the street-view windows and equipped with comfortable furniture around the 38-inch flat screen where you can sit down and watch Netflix or cable programming. The dining room has built-in-bar with its sinc to prepare cocktails and drinks. The nearby kitchen has a double refrigerator, a gas stove with extractor, a microwave, lots of cabinet storage, a complete set of cooking and serving utensils, a stainless steel sink, wine storage, air conditioning, a glass-block exterior wall to allow additional natural light into the space and a full marble counter with an independent counter area that can be used as a bar or as a workstation, where you can comfortably sit down, have quick access to food and beverage and connect to our fast wifi, broadly accessible from anywhere in the apartment.
Behind the glass-block wall, there’s an additional space with a washing machine, a drier and linen storage for your long-stay convenience. From here, there’s access to the spacious courtyard area, naturally lit from the extensive skylight above and decorated with a pergola and greenery decoration for an outdoor feeling of relaxation. The impressive jacuzzi for 5 people, the private sauna for 4 people, turkish bath for 4 people, fire pipe to chill and make millows, relaxing sunbathing chairs, outdoor bathroom with its owm toilet,and the BBQ area with outdoor kitchen very well eqquiped with extractor will allow you to enjoy safe and comfortable days or nights of spa and entertainment with family and friends. This courtyard area is a common area with the house below and can be used privately by either the apartment or the house, so its use depends on availability. Rent prices will change accordingly.
