If you want to disconnect from the world and have a quiet holiday, undoubtedly found the perfect house, where there is no stress, no noise and especially where you can see the sea every day from the bedroom window. You can enjoy a relaxing setting, enjoy the sun, the sound of the sea and smell you, see the flight of birds, and watch the magical sunset and moonlight playing in the ocean.
This fantastic dream villa is located in Calheta, 3 minutes from the yellow sand beach, close to all local services and about 25 minutes from Funchal.
The modern and contemporary style villa has parking, a beautiful swimming pool, garden, barbecue, laundry, air conditioning and alarm. Furnished with taste and elegance has 2 bedrooms each with private bathroom, 1 guest bathroom next to the modern fully equipped kitchen in open space with the living room. Next to the pool is an original living room and cozy and a shared bathroom with shower only. The living room and the bedrooms feature exterior balconies, integrated into the architecture of the house and are protected with glass and stainless steel guards.
The villa has an excellent sun exposure then has a solar panel and has energy certification class A. All finishes and materials of excellent quality, give the retouching of comfort and pleasant well-being to any room.

We had the most amazing week in Casa Felix. The villa is just breath taking, on 3 levels and that pool is to die for! The pool gets the sun very late morning right up until the most striking sunsets. Everything was spotless and fully equipped had everything we needed for our stay. The host Celia is lovely, and offered to meet us as the villa is hidden on the hillside. It’s completely private and not overlooked. You will definitely need a car as the local shop is basically way down the bottom but we thoroughly enjoyed the driving in Madeira and was my partners first time driving on the “wrong” side haha was so much fun. We will 1000% be back :)

We spent 4 days at Casa Felix. It's an absolutely wonderful place to stay. We really never have booked an apartment like this before. The view of the ocean is just beautiful and the balconies, the terraces and the infinity pool are just a dream. We'd really like to come back soon!

Wunderbare Aussicht

Die Ferienwohnung "Casa Felix" liegt ca. 180 m über dem Meeresspiegel mit wunderbarer Aussicht. Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet und man hat alles was man braucht. In den 14 Tagen wo wir die Ferienwohnung hatten, wurde sogar gereinigt, Handtücher getauscht und die Betten neu bezogen. Der Empfang war herzlich und vom Gastgeber wurden sogar Spezialitäten der Insel Madeira für uns bereitgestellt. Die Ferienwohnung können wir uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Vielen Dank an Familie Alfredo Paulo.

Modernes Ferienhaus mit grandioser Aussicht

Modernes Ferienhaus mit grandioser AussichtIm Mai/Juni 2025 hatten wir zwei erholsame Wochen im Casa Felix. Das Haus entspricht in allen Punkten der Beschreibung. Es ist top ausgestattet und war blitzsauber. Wir wurden von Celia herzlich empfangen und zusätzlich mit Tipps, z.B. für Restaurants, versorgt. Zur Begrüßung standen lokale Spezialitäten für uns in der Küche. Die weitere Kommunikation erfolgte über WhatsApp. Das WLan deckt das gesamte Haus ab, auch am Pool ist problemlos z.B. Musikstreaming möglich. Das Haus bietet von den verschiedenen Balkonen und Terrassen eine spektakuläre Aussicht, die je nach Tageszeit und Wetterlage immer wieder neu begeistert. In älteren Rezensionen wird das Fehlen von Sitzgelegenheiten auf der Poolebene angemerkt. Inzwischen sind zusätzlich Loungemöbel vorhanden, die man sich nach Belieben arrangieren kann. Durch die Hanglage erstreckt sich das Haus vom Straßenniveau bis zur Poolebene über vier Etagen. An die für uns ungewohnt vielen Treppen haben wir uns jedoch innerhalb kurzer Zeit gewöhnt. Nach einer Woche wurden Bettwäsche und Handtücher gewechselt. Bereits bei der Anreise wurde uns angeboten, am Abreisetag länger im Haus zu bleiben, da es im Anschluss nicht direkt wieder belegt war. Dies ist nicht selbstverständlich und hat unsere Abreise deutlich entspannter gestaltet. Insgesamt hatten wir wunderbar entspannte 14 Tage in einem außergewöhnlichen Domizil! Herzlichen Dank für alles an Celia und Alfredo!

Heaven!!

This is the second time I have stayed at this property and I loved every minute! You get the sun for most of the day and the outdoor space is just beautiful. Everything is spotlessly clean, the hosts are wonderful and helpful and I can't wait to visit again!You definitely need a car to visit this location and the drive is better for experienced drivers. The beds are slightly too firm for my preference but each to their own. This place is magic, I hope to be able to visit for years to come!

Absolutely Superb

Lovely hosts. Met us at the property and discussed the local area. An opportunity to ask questions. No issues, very straightforward check in. Welcome gift of wine, fruit, eggs, and cake/biscuits. A nice surprise. The house is spotless and everything has been considered. Plenty of Towels (both bathrooms and pool). Toilet rolls. Every appliance in the kitchen you could need. Cleaning products under the sink. Foil/cling film, kitchen roll in the drawers. Cutlery, pots, pans spotless. No need to wash anything before using. The views from the property are breathtaking. Pool area beautiful with 5 loungers. Pool larger than it looks on the pictures. A good number of decent restaurants in Calheta all situated along the harbour. We ate there most nights. Very reasonable and quality food. Really good, well stocked supermarket for all your needs. Reasonable priced. We went down there every morning for pastries and then ate them at the table on our terrace. We chose to drive down in the car as the walk back is very steep. Whilst there are 2 beaches we chose to use our pool in the days we stayed in as it was just perfect. Loved our stay and would definitely return. Thank you for a fabulous experience

Wir reisen sehr gerne und haben bereits viele Unterkünfte gesehen. Aber dies war die tollste Unterkunft von allen! Das Haus ist ein echtes Highlight und alles ist toll durchdacht und hochwertig. Célia und Alfredo sind wunderbare Gastgeber und wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Auf Grund der Berglage, die auch einen wunderschönen Ausblick ermöglicht, sollte man aber einen Mietwagen haben. Absolut zu empfehlen ❤️

You could not ask for a better location and view! The property was beautiful and well equipped. The hosts were wonderful. They met us on arrival and made sure we were knew where everything was and gave us suggestions on shopping and restaurants. The perfect vacation.

Super modernes Haus mit traumhaftem Blick

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genossen. Das Haus ist fantastisch!!! Super modern und mit traumhaften Blick auf das Meer und die umliegenden Hügel. Celia war eine tolle Gastgeberin. Sie hat uns an der Tankstelle im Ort getroffen und uns dann zum Haus geleitet, denn ohne sie hätten wir es nicht gefunden. Zur Begrüßung gab es von ihr ein Korb mit einer Flasche Rotwein, Erdnüssen, Kuchen, Madeirawein, Bananen und Eier. Wir haben den Aufenthalt so genossen, dass wir am zweiten Tag unseres Urlaubes das Haus gleich wieder für nächstes Jahr gebucht haben. Wenn ich 10 Sterne geben dürfte, würde ich 10 Sterne geben!!!

Die Fotos entsprechen voll und ganz der Realität. Das Haus war einfach perfekt, der beheizte Pool, die Grillterasse, der Ausblick genial, wir haben die Woche wirklich genossen. Und von den netten Vermietern hat es ein Willkommenskorb mit Wein, Obst etc. gegeben.
