This gorgeous, remote-work-friendly, 2 bedroom condo is large enough to host 4 guests at a time. There are 2 King sized beds, plus fold out sofa-bed in the living room. Enjoy the city views and all the natural light that the floor-to-ceiling-windows offer. Featuring an open concept design, fully equipped kitchen (with a dishwasher), in suite laundry machines, and dedicated workstation with free wifi. We're walking distance from Stampede Park; in the Beltline neighbourhood.

This bright and airy apartment is in the perfect location! Only steps away from outdoor tennis courts and public parks, and walking distance from Stampede Park! You'll be just a few blocks from downtown, in the Beltline neighbourhood of Calgary's Design District.



The open concept design feels even more spacious with the floor to ceiling windows, offering loads of natural light. The living room has a pull out sofa bed and a 55" smart TV with Netflix. There is a dining table with space for 4, plus additional seating at the kitchen island bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher. And that's not all! There's also in suite laundry machines, free to use for our guests. You'll find a powder room bathroom beside these.



Just down the hallway behind the kitchen you'll find a King sized bedroom. This bedroom has a smart TV, and the whole condo is connected to high speed internet service. Outside of this bedroom is the main bathroom which features a shower/tub combo.



The other bedroom is next to the living room, and is separated by a sliding glass door. This King sized bedroom features a private balcony patio, a dedicated laptop-friendly work-station and floor to ceiling windows.

• The building is wheelchair accessible with a ramp at the entrance and an elevator to take you to your floor.

• There is dedicated parking in the secure, underground parking garage for one vehicle at a cost of $20.00/night. Please inquire prior to arrival about a parking pass. There's also paid street parking nearby.

• For everyone’s comfort and in accordance with local regulations, we use a smart noise monitoring system (NoiseAware) that tracks decibel levels — not conversations — to ensure respectful noise levels are maintained.



House Rules:

1. Parties, events and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around our property.

2. Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a charge for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.

3. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property.

4. For safety reasons, firearms, weapons, and ammunition are strictly not allowed on the premises.

5. Please note that lost/stolen keys will result in a $250 replacement fee.

If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.

It was our first experience with Vrbo. Appartmen downtown of Calgary had 10 points raiting and we had zero hesitation to book it. Then it started. Vrbo charged us fee to book. Then property manager was sending links to charge for first night....then again for second night, then parking fee and damage deposit. All understandable, could have been taken as one charge.The property wasn't clean. All window blinds were dusty and broken . Dark bedding wasn't looking fresh. We wasn't being able to enjoy with balcony , as I mentioned before, blinds on balcony door were broken. Main bathroom had completely broken towel rod lots of dust and rustI don't know , how this place is rated 10 out of 10??!! And now we are being charged extra money for nothing. Our credit card has editional 175 charge for what? The worst experience ever...

Staycation to Calgary

The checking was not very smooth. The instructions provided was not accurate and did not contain all the details we need. 1) The email stated the fob to enter the garage was in the unit. It was not but attached to the set of keys to the unit. 2) No instructions on the parking stall. I had to call to ask where we can park and wait to be given the stall number. They are charging just like a hotel, parking is not included but cost $20 per night. 3)There is no view to look at from the unit. There is a giant concert wall on one side and the other building units on the other side. 4) They have the most uncomfortable couch and small for a family of 4 to relax on for the evening. 5)We had to do our best to child proof the space: glass coffee table, glass dinner table. 6) They need to change their check out time to 11 am instead of 10 am. For a family of four with two young children, it was not enough time to wake up, cook a meal and tidy up. Overall, great place for a couple or single individual that only needs a place in downtown Calgary for sleeping. Unit is very clean, enough clean towels for two nights and with everything we needed to cook.

Overall, this is a nice VRBO. The best thing was the cleanliness of the apartment and the location is fantastic. Close to being a GREAT VRBO! The worst thing was how uncomfortable the furniture and beds are. We rented a movie online but the couch was so uncomfortable that none of us could sit through a movie. The beds were much too firm for our liking. If you are hoping for a place to relax, this isn’t that place. The check-in was not smooth and we waited in our vehicle for almost an hour to get a text response and instructions for check-in. It would be easy to improve this process and maybe our experience isn’t typical, but for us it was cold outside, dark, and not a smooth process. It would be nice to have a small book of information in the apartment to tell us simple things like where to take the trash to, what attractions are close, where the nearest grocery is, etc. With a little more attention to detail and quality, comfortable seating and sleeping, this VRBO would easily get 5 stars. Access to downtown Calgary is perfect and within easy walking of almost everything we did on our trip. Love the location! Plenty of room for 4 people.

Amazing location and comfortable space

This location was excellent for a night out downtown. It's located close to a number of excellent bars and restaurants in the heart of the Beltline. It was awesome to have only a 2 minute walk back to our rooms when we were done for the night, and the beds were super comfy. We really appreciated our hosts for always being friendly and available to answer our questions.
