The space
No. 1 Rosetree Suites is an updated, mid-century-modern main-floor suite (about 1,000 sq ft) in a 4-plex, with its own private entrance: the LEFT door at the front of the building.

Bedroom 1: King bed, large closet, dresser and large window.
Bedroom 2: King bed, large closet, dresser and large window.
Bedroom 3: An open-concept sleeping space off the living room. Floor-to-ceiling privacy curtains close it off completely. It has a twin daybed that converts to a king bed.

Bathroom: One full 4-piece bathroom, newly renovated, with a tub/shower combo.
Kitchen: Full kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine and French press, plus a separate dining room.
Laundry: Full-size stacked washer and dryer in the suite.
Living room: 50" smart TV and a sitting area.
Workspace: Desk and fast Wi-Fi.

Parking: Free street parking along the green space across the street. Please don't park in front of the houses.
Quiet hours: 9 pm to 8 am. The other units are home to long-term residents.
Pets welcome (house rules apply).
