New modern elegant and spacious house is set in a safe friendly community town of Kensington, close to all the restaurants & shops, scenic trails, and just 20 minutes away from Calgary downtown. Prime location for wedding guests, while attending a conference, or simply ultimate weekend getaway!

The space
Recently built beautiful townhouse is set in the heart of Kensington Village, close to all the activities the region has to offer. The property has a warm & cozy ambiance, a modern stylish decor where soft whites and greys blend seamlessly with the lightwood fixtures, large windows to let in a lot of natural light, is very spacious with 3 floors of living space and can easily accommodate a large family or a group of friends up to 8 persons. All the luxuries you need are here for your relaxing stay.

The configuration of the house is the following: 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, den, living room, kitchen & dining area, game room, and laundry room.

Stepping inside the house you will find a spacious well-lit living area with a comfy couch & chairs, large Smart TV, and a fireplace for cozy evenings.

Moving forward there is a modern well-equipped kitchen that has enough space for several people cooking at the same time. Coffee & tea facilities, dishwasher, oven, stove, toaster, utensils, double fridge, etc. everything is at your entire disposal. After cooking, enjoy delicious breakfast or dinner at the dining table that comfortably sits 6-8 people. On the ground floor, you can also find a half washroom and a den that furnished with a convertible sofa bed.

2 bedrooms are located on the upper level. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and luxurious ensuite bathroom with soak tub and glass walk-in shower. The other bedroom offers queen size bed & privately accessed washroom. Pristine linens, plush pillows, smart TVs are provided in both rooms. The upper level also offers a laundry room where you can find washing & drying machines.

The lower level of the home is featuring another bedroom with 2 twin size beds which is very convenient for families with kids. Another full washroom can be found on the lower level as well.

If you feel like spending some quality time together with friends/family there is a game room that boasts plenty of seating for all! Unleash your child while playing foosball or enjoy a film while relaxing on a comfortable sofa!

AC, heating, complimentary toiletries, linen, free private parking, and other comforts for your convenient and carefree stay are provided.

The property is located in Calgary’s village, vibrant community of Kensington town where people actually live, work, shop, and play It is only 5 minutes from downtown where are more than 200 businesses concentrated. Shopping hotspots, gastronomy world, services, and more. If you are passionate about nature and active life, just a few blocks away you can find scenic biking and hiking trails. Our home's central location provides easy access to Calgary's exciting downtown which is just 30 minutes away by walking or 15 minutes by public transport.

If you feel like doing some sports Bow Valley Lawn Bowling Club is just minutes away and Urban Athlete Fitness Studio is 10 minutes away.

Great layout and location however the property could have been cleaner and better maintained. Living room rug should be deep cleaned or replaced, tub jets don’t work, 2 of the 3 showers didn’t work properly.

Communication was easy and prompt. The house is in a great location and was perfect for our needs. The downstairs area bedroom mattress is comfortable, yet very sloped at the sides and end. Sink was clogged with hair and the vent fan would not work properly due to cleaning needs, therefore door had to be left open during showers. Overall very nice stay

Great location. Easy for transportation,

Nice stay. The hot tub is actually a jacuzzi tub in the master! How was attentive when we had a problem with leaky pipe situation, Cleaned up quickly. Very comfortable. Chandelier could use some scrubbing! All else was great, highly recommend Nikos down the street…and the Wine Market. Both easy walking. A new building almost next door will be opening soon and have groceries and other retail!!

Very misleading.

Lots of homeless people wondering around with bags of aluminum cans. Advertised hot tub, but no hot tub. Bathtub soaker not working, landlord would not fix it. Landlord came into property while we out of town. Garage to small for SUV. Definitely not “luxurious”. TV’s required apps to watch. Tough to walk anywhere since homeless drug addicts on benches or wondering around nborhood. For the price we expected honesty and a much better property location.

Amazing experience!

The house felt clean and organized, and the beds were so comfy! It was in a great location and we had no issues finding parking especially with the large garage. We had an amazing stay, I would definitely stay again and recommend!

The location was fantastic, walking distance to the restaurants & stores in Kensington, and easy access to the city and travel outside the core. The house was new, clean & nicely furnished and decorated. Mattresses & linens were great, excellent laundry facilities, good supply of towels, toiletries, laundry & dish soaps etc. Thoughtful assortment of amenities to meet all your needs. Terrific Condo!

The Kensington condo is lovely. Well set out, spacious and bed was very comfortable. The fan in the master much appreciated as well. Prince has thought through all the details and created a lovely home away from home. Neighborhood great, close to cafe and restaurants down the road. Definitely recommended for your Calgary stay!

Fantastic Home in a Trendy Area of Calgary

We had a great visit for our annual girls only weekend at this property. The house was extremely clean, beautifully decorated, and spacious. The Host, Prince allowed as an early check-in and a later check-out which was GREATLY appreciated. Thank you again. The only feedback would be to change the basement bedroom listing from two twins to one king. Thank you so much for allowing us to use your home and we hope to be back next time.

Great stay close to Kensington

Great stay close to Kensington. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Place was well furnished, clean and great layout. We arrived in the dark and it was hard to get parking close by. Finding the garage in the back was not fun, driving and pushing the clicker until you find the right one. Would be awesome to have numbers back there or a key pad for easier access upon arrival. Beds were super comfy and bathrooms were bright and well appointed.

Winter stay

Great family property. We had 2 grandparents, 2 parents , and 2 grandchildren ( 9 and 11). The kids loved the lower space with their own bedroom, bathroom, lounge and foosball game. Parents/grandparents enjoyed the top floor with master bedroom and Jacuzzi tub, second bedroom ( ensuite) and roomy laundry room. And we all enjoyed the main floor living/dining/ kitchen ( roomy and well appointed).
