Lovely Unit

The unit is in a developing neighbourhood, but close to amenities. The unit is exactly as advertised and provides the essentials for a an enjoyable stay. A car is a must. The host is exceptional.

Extremely welcoming and answered any question I had swiftly. Let me park my rental on the driveway when i asked. Would highly recommend.

The suite was modern, spacious and clean with a nice warm shower and comfortable beds. I found the pillows to be too soft for my liking so I took a pillow out of the sham and found it to be very comfortable. The lighting was very bright with no dimmer to soften the glare.There was a kuerig coffee machine but no pods so we contacted the host and he brought us 2 pods for our 3 night stay! There was no dish towels to dry the dishes and only one stained hand towel on the bathroom that might have been a cleaning towel left to dry for all we knew.The temperature in the evening was a bit cool but for sleeping it was perfect. Instructions to operate the thermostat would have been helpful.The second bedroom was missing a smoke detector.The sofa was very uncomfortable to sit and watch TV. It was a small landing where we were take our shoes off before entering the suite. When we opened the outside door we were shocked at the signage inside which was very unwelcoming with several "don'ts". Then as we entered the suite there was signs everywhere with the one in the bathroom above the toilet being the most offensive. It felt like we were in an institution or a small child.Next time we're visiting in Airdrie we'll give this place a miss.
