The neighborhood is home to Harvest Hills lake and the former Harvest Hills golf course, which is currently being redeveloped by Cedarglen Homes (the developer for this property).

There is a large shopping centre with grocery, liquor, personal services and more located a 2-minute drive west from the property.

Other guests occupy the private and secure, secondary suite on the lower floor.
