This is a Jr. Compact luxury suite great for solo business / pleasure travellers or paired couples looking for a high value stay. This is different than the typical ABB listing, it is high end, sterile and furnishings are like brand new. The suite is brand new.

Upon arrival; the suite is compact and deluxe with plush seating is paired with a large flat-screen 4K HDTV. High-speed Wi-Fi connection is included for convenience - includes throws, blankets and cushions for extra comfort.

Bed is a Full-Double sized bed, complete with plush bedding by KB of Denmark regarded as the best all round luxury bedding for all important and uninterrupted night's sleep.

The bathroom is modern, standard soaker tub shower and plenty of white towels, luxury soap, spa items etc.

Kitchen unit is loaded with standard amenities so when you need to enjoy, cooking, takeout, utensils are loaded. Appliances included are:

Era Condos Calgary is located in the Bridgeland neighbourhood of Calgary, AB. Residents can walk 10 minutes to downtown, jump on bike to the river pathways, catch the C-Train to work or hop on a bus outside Era Condos Calgary front door.

The entire unit is exclusively for our guests. Guaranteed total privacy and full enjoyment at pleasure.

Check-in instructions:
will be sent at time of booking. Keyless and buzz-in Code will be provided. Please note that all guests for this building may be required to present identification upon check in.

Standard check-in Time: is 3:00pm to 9:00pm. After Hours check-in and ID verification is require for all suites in this building.

Policies:
You as the account holder(s) agree prior to booking, during and after booking at all times to be duly responsible for the integrity of the suite and all of its contents. You also agree that the nature of the booking is for Non-Partying (excessive noise) and Non-Smoking. Users of this suite are responsible for any damages (cosmetic, excessive wear and tear, or repairs) that need the use of professional tools, trades or full replacement in-kind.

This Property is an a high density residential condominium building. Please know there may occasionally be disruptions such as emergency water shut-offs, elevator outages, fire alarm testing, or other maintenance activities and also elevator wait times during peak hours. Guidelines for Timing Requests

Please communicate promptly regarding any timing adjustments to ensure smooth coordination. While we aim to accommodate requests, check-outs overlapping with cleaning operations may incur a late fee up to $100 at the sole discretion of the Host(s). Non-responsiveness or failure to check out may lead to escalation as determined by the Host(s).

We value open and honest communication to foster mutual understanding and strive to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Thank you for respecting these guidelines, which ensure fairness and seamless property management for all guests.

Guest Verification:

The primary guest (booking authority) must provide a photo ID and the ID of all accompanying guests (except for minors) for verification purposes. Clear image of government issued ID on the Airbnb communication application of the identification so that it matches the account holder for our legal compliance.

Guest Limit:
A maximum of two (2) guests are allowed to stay in each room. Please ensure all guests are registered before your stay.

No Shoes Indoors:
To maintain a clean environment, kindly remove your shoes upon entering.

Quiet Hours:
Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 9:00am. Please be respectful of neighbors during these times

Parties are strictly prohibited. Violations and or any registered complains result in immediate cancellation without refund. The property is a family environment with Seniors, kids and families in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood.

No Smoking:
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and outdoors. Violations will incur an additional fine of $200 for any detectable and recognizable smell by the Host(s), cleaner(s) or property manager(s)

Pets:
Pets are permitted on the property up to a maximum weight of 30lbs. All pets MUST be on a leash and under the supervision of the owner. If you are traveling with a service animal, please inform us in advance to make necessary arrangements.

Respect for the Property:
Please treat our home with care. Guests will be held responsible for any damages or missing items. Damages are considered as such where an item will need professional tools and professional repairs or a replacement in kind.

Security:
Always lock doors and windows when leaving. For security purposes, unauthorized buzzing is prohibited. Deliveries and visitors must be pre-arranged, and we can assist with access from 9:00am to 10:00pm. Kindly keep an attentive timing of communication with your host so that they may ensure smooth delivery for your order(s)

Minimum Booking Age:
The primary guest must be 21+ years old; additional guests can be any age.
